00:10championship against Ash by Elegance. Jordan this feels like such a long time
00:15coming. Ash by Elegance has been watching your
00:18Knockouts world title reign for over six months now. How do you feel? She's had a front row seat
00:23so I think every single one of my matches up until she went on vacation
00:26the past couple weeks right? Yeah so you enjoy the Bahamas lately. I think she really likes
00:31watching me wrestle. Meanwhile you've been busy defending the Knockouts world
00:35championship which to cycle back to January you won this championship for
00:39the third time against Trinity at Hard to Kill live in Las Vegas. What was that
00:45moment like? Oh it was surreal. It was you know the TNA comeback show and just
00:50being on that show in general is kind of like a dream come true for me. It's
00:53mind-boggling to even think about like this isn't anything I could have dreamed
00:57of in my wildest dreams. Speaking of mind-boggling roughly a week after that
01:02you just happened to compete in WWE's Royal Rumble match. Speaking of wild dreams right? Yeah like absolute craziness it
01:10turned the wrestling world on its head I imagine for you similar situation. Being
01:15the Knockouts world champion is obviously an incredible accomplishment but it really
01:18changed the entire trajectory of my career I think. I've been waiting a very
01:23very long time to show the world what I can do and TNA knows what I can do. TNA
01:27fans know what I can do but to be able to showcase that on a larger scale I've
01:33been waiting for it forever. The Royal Rumble put you into the mainstream of
01:37professional wrestling. You then mounted several title defenses. You're now second
01:42most with 11 title defenses in one single reign tied with Diana Peralzo
01:46only behind Taya Valkyrie but in the process of that you ran into another
01:52opportunity to show up on NXT that blew the roof off the place. Honestly there's I
02:00can't think of the words to describe what that was like. The Royal Rumble it
02:05was supposed to be a surprise right but obviously things get out. NXT was a
02:10complete surprise to everybody and honestly it was a surprise to me too like
02:14just being there in front of the crowd like coming out and to hear the reaction
02:19of the fans they know who I am. They're chanting Jordan's gonna kill you like
02:24it's it's crazy guys it's a crazy time in professional wrestling. I'm sure you did
02:29make all of us extremely proud. NXT you have a historic opportunity at NXT
02:37Battleground. I personally have been extremely ticked off with Ash by
02:41Elegance because her involvement as well as Tatum Paxley spoiled an opportunity
02:47for you to make history. You nearly became the first person ever to hold a
02:52championship simultaneously in TNA and WWE. It would have been unprecedented had it
02:58not been for Ash by Elegance. Well first of all Tom I haven't completely let go
03:04of the idea of being the first person ever to do that but Ash by Elegance did
03:08destroy that very first opportunity for me. You can do a lot of things to me but
03:12when you cost me an opportunity there's gonna be consequences. Especially now
03:17that this title match is official for Slammiversary this Saturday the second
03:21it was made official you said it before Ash by Elegance went on vacation you
03:26kept on fighting by the way NXT's Izzy Dame came in here and ran into the
03:30juggernaut we know how that ended but you and Ash by Elegance are polar
03:35opposites. What do you think of her as a person? As a person I think she's overly
03:41confident and when you are overly confident that's it's very dangerous
03:45because I think you go into situations and you think the most of yourself you
03:50think that you're untouchable and I just really need to let Ash know that she's
03:54not untouchable. You use the word dangerous. Ash by Elegance I remember in
03:59Under Siege she assaulted Havoc after the match in a brutal way. Havoc has been out
04:04indefinitely ever since. You add in that capability plus the involvement of the
04:09personal concierge. How do you manage those two elements this Saturday at
04:14Slammiversary? Honestly I'm not too worried about Ash's personal ringside
04:20cook just because he's kind of a non-factor for me. If I wanted to take
04:24him out I absolutely could. So I don't think he's really gonna be a problem at
04:29all. Ash is the person that I'm focused on. At Slammiversary I'm gonna be out to
04:34prove that not only am I one of the best TNA knockouts history but that I'm one
04:39of the best wrestlers in the world.
