गुजरात के पोरबंदर से सांसद और केंद्रीय मंत्री मनसुख मांडविया ने शनिवार को पोरबंदर के बाढ़ग्रस्त इलाके का जायजा लिया और निचले इलाकों में पानी में फंसे लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शेल्टर हाउस तक पहुंचाया। भारी बारिश के बीच ट्रैक्टर पर सवार होकर केंद्रीय मंत्री लोगों के बीच पहुंचे। साथ ही स्थानीय विधायक अर्जुन मोढ़वाड़िया भी मौजूद रहे।
