00:23I've been baking probably for about 15 years and I've been a chef for just over 30 years.

00:47For sure, you know, when the weather does agree with you, you know, I did have a couple
00:51of rainy weekends there, but you know, it happens.
00:56So what's your favorite thing that you've baked here?
01:00Probably the best seller overall is the raspberry cheesecake brownie.

01:06I think it crushes because it has three good things in one, right?

01:17Well, that's the dream is someday to have a brick and mortar of my own, you know, but
01:21it's a long journey to get there for sure.

01:25I got tongue tied when I asked that question because I would just assume because it just

01:45Even so, you don't really need to eat that much to actually live.

01:55And then you got to finish it even so if your stomach is going to be aching the next day.

02:08I would eat like that would last me three days this year.

03:29picked up the treats s'mores s'mores and I'm gonna try it from that bakery there
03:34at the farmers market in Peterborough Ontario and I'm looking forward to it
03:38and look how big that is as you saw him put it in the container and then I
03:44grabbed it and this is s'mores oh my word so I'm gonna give it now try his
03:50baking goods a try
03:59Wow that is incredible and as I said I talked with him I showed you his booth
04:09and he's a he's been doing it for a while now and his name's Devin
04:15you know what this is incredible that wasn't Wow oh my word this is this is by
04:36far the best treat I've had in a long time
04:47and I shouldn't say he's been doing it for a while I'm thinking of another
04:52vendor he's only been at the farmers market for 10 weeks and he makes these
04:57they're huge treats and good price and man it's good like look at this oh my

05:38Wow that's so tender no aftertaste it's s'mores and it's a
05:48s'mores it's big it's delicious it's well worth it I give this an 8.5 there's
05:54no doubt about it an 8.5 for this I would easily buy this again I'm having

06:08incredible it comes in a nice little box that'll probably actually reuse for
06:14something I'll take that box home and reuse it for something else and yes it
06:18did get a little sticky and I didn't I don't think he gave me a napkin but it's
06:23fine but it is delicious and it's well worth it Wow an 8.5 I was not expecting
06:31it to be that oh man that was fantastic just fantastic but he has all sorts of
06:36stuff cookies as as I've showed you earlier I even talked with him you know
06:41for a farmers market Peterborough Ontario got to go and get his baking
06:45goods it is absolutely incredible I can't wait until he can get a store he
06:49doesn't have a store right now and I think that's already said before in the
06:52video but when he does get one he will do amazingly bye for now everyone have
06:58an incredible day farmers market I enjoyed my time I'll show you a little
