00:33In an interview with GMA Integrated News after the SONA, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said

00:39that the government of the Philippines hopes that the illegal actions of the China Coast Guard in the West Philippine Sea will not happen again.

00:47This is followed by a full consultation between the Philippines and China

00:52According to Manalo, the RORE will continue with the soldiers in the BRP Sierra Madre.

00:57But if China will follow the talks, Manalo said,

01:01Well, it's really an effort that we work with China to find a way where we can de-escalate the tensions

01:09and find a way where we can undertake operations without any more of the events that have happened.

01:15So hopefully, that will happen. But we have to see.
