00:06Sallop Street in Wolverhampton. As you can see, it is a fairly desolate area at the moment.
00:12It has been lying empty ever since the council moved the market out to Snow Hill some years
00:17ago. But now, council leader, Councillor Stephen Simpkins, believes this could soon become
00:25the buzzing part of a vibrant new leisure quarter in the city. It will form part of
00:31the city centre west development, which will also include up to 1,000 new homes and potentially
