00:12Susan, I'm here in the Carmen Homes subdivision in San Antonio, San Pedro, Laguna

00:18where the flood reached up to Lampas, Bewang

00:21because of the strong and unceasing rainfall due to the typhoon yesterday.

00:26There's a big reason for the wall to collapse behind me.

00:31The water was impacted and no one came out, so nothing happened.

00:35The wall just collapsed.

00:38The authorities tried to put a sandbag as a temporary wall, but it was not possible.

00:44More than 10 families were affected and evacuated.

00:48They are now staying in the evacuation center of the subdivision.

00:51At this point, the rain is not that strong, but it will come back.

00:56But compared to yesterday, it's not that strong.

00:59Because of that, the flood reached many streets in the subdivision.
