00:00We're both good friends of Thomas and Emily and the whole Ford family so obviously yeah it wasn't
00:05wasn't hard to to make the donation by any stretch of the imagination um they're lovely people and
00:10they'd do it for us so what we've done is we've donated a full b double load of barley straw to
00:15be auctioned um the reason being is we thought we'd sort of go outside the box with um separate
00:21from the cattle donations and donate something a little bit different that will still be of some
00:25benefit to the farmers here so yeah we sort of we had the option to donate cattle and thought that
00:30we'd go the other way with the hay. I think it complements the demand at the moment hay has gone
00:35up a little bit and the demand's gone up so it probably suits that as well. The farming and the
00:39horse people and the truck people all that come together in diversity when when people are
00:44struggling they all seem always seem to pull their weight and and support and and help help out when
00:50they can. It's absolutely marvellous. So we've had quite a few vendors donate cattle from anywhere
00:56from one to out to eight or ten a few fellas did um very kind gesture on behalf of all the farmers
01:03that have been able to do so. Tommy's a he's a bloody character I've known Tommy for a very long
01:08time. He'd do anything to help you out if you're in need. He's a local face he's been around for
01:15been around to help everyone altering horses, polo cross. They reckon there used to be a little
01:20man around the bloody chalk shows even. He's a bit of a local legend and you know he's a great mate.
