00:58some barangays in Santa Ana, Peña Blanca, Enrile, Apari, Buguey, Santa Teresita, and Calayan are affected by the flood.

01:07The Philippine Coast Guard is monitoring the towns in the province.

01:11The fishermen are still not allowed to fish because of the high gale warning.

01:15There are no boatmen fishing.

01:28For now, the gale is still strong and high in the town.
