01:00 And not only the Philippines, but this affects the region and it affects the world.
01:05 When asked about the declaration of China of a unilateral fishing ban, the President said that it is not new.
01:12 But he declared that it is up to China to detain the trespassers at their border in the sea.
01:19 The new policy of threatening to detain our own citizens, that is different.
01:29 That is an escalation of the situation. So yes, it is now very worrisome.
01:34 The President said that all possible means will be used to stop the aggressive actions of China.
01:40 Number one, to stop the aggressive actions such as water canning and lasers and barrier putting, etc.
