00:26Yeah there is a feeling of sort of buoyancy and you and I have been lucky enough to see a few

00:32camps down the years. It seems like they're working very, very hard. You can see with the

00:37players you know when they finish the session, we've said this a number of times now but

00:41you know we've had senior players sort of explain that some sessions have gone into the third hour

00:48which is a rare thing in elite sport but you know if they're going to do something they're

00:52going to do it and they're going to do it until they get it right. And then the tweaks and changes

00:57that Danny Rills wanted to make to this Sheffield Wednesday team and how they go about it, it feels

01:02important, the mood feels good and it does feel like they're achieving things.
