00:00Practise Care is all about people. The people we help and support and the people who work

00:18together in our teams. The care we offer is different. That's because each person we work

00:24with is unique and everything we do is shaped around their individual needs and wishes.

00:30Our expertise is in providing care for those with mental health issues, autism, learning

00:35disabilities and dementia. We have a particular focus on complex needs, helping those who

00:40face the greatest barriers to community living and supporting the transition into adulthood.

00:46The support we offer takes many forms. The environment and the homes we create are fundamental

00:51to people feeling safe and secure. We are continuously investing in our people through

00:56bespoke training shaped around individual needs. That's because how they engage with

01:01our service users really defines our quality. We help to create solutions for and with people

01:07whose needs are not met by traditional services. This enables them to become as independent

01:12as possible, live their lives how they choose and be active members of their communities.

01:27we are today, supporting over 1300 people throughout the UK, Isle of Man and Ireland.
