00:00We're here at Wellness House speaking to our participants on how they take care of themselves
00:05for Take Care Assist. Let's get into it.
00:13How do you take care of yourself? Oh that's a good question. I create boundaries. I say yes
00:18when I want to and I say no when I don't want to. I think it's really important to learn yourself
00:23and learn when enough is enough and really take the time to put that away and put yourself first
00:28and kind of take a breather and you know think about some things that really makes you happy
00:32and kind of engage in that. How do you practice self-care? Number one you have to stay hydrated
00:37and make certain that you're getting enough rest and you should really have a self-care routine.
00:42Anything associated with how you care for yourself with your health needs to become a habit. How are
00:48you practicing self-care daily? My physical activity, working out, also eating healthy so
00:53that's the biggest thing is watching what we eat and everything in moderation. Having some time to
00:58meditate and just really reflect. Well you just got some really dope tips on how to practice
