Don't easily trust investment offers on social media, says CCID director
The public is reminded not to easily trust investment offers on social media that seem too good to be true or are more attractive in appearance than reality, says Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf.
Speaking at a weekly press conference on Thursday (July 25), the Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) Director highlighted that many investment schemes, particularly those on the Telegram social media platform, are scams.
