Balloons from North Korea Cause Fire, Halt Flights in the South

South Korean authorities say some of the latest trash balloons from North Korea contain a timer device to burst the balloon, which can cause fires. Flights were also affected temporarily at Seoul's Gimpo Airport.

00:32days in an ongoing propaganda war between the two sides.
