00:00Okay, speaking of the transfer market, then you've obviously had confirmation today that a bid has
00:05been rejected for a central midfielder. Dejan Ljubicic from FC Köln in Germany, supposedly a
00:124 million euro bid, 3.3 million pounds for the 26-year-old Austrian international midfielder.
00:19It's definitely the type of sign-in that you could see Leeds wanting to make in terms of
00:25stylistically. He's a player who can play as a six, can play as an eight, has typically
00:31mostly played as a right-sided central midfielder in a narrow three, but he's also played as a six
00:39slash eight in a double pivot. So two central midfielders, similar to what Leeds played last
00:44season. He's got 12 months or just less than 12 months left on his Köln deal. And Bild,
00:51which is obviously a big sports newspaper in Germany, are reporting that he doesn't have
00:57any intention of extending that contract. So it does put the club into a bit of a difficult
01:01situation, similar to Jadon Bogle. Do you sell now and cash in on a player who was impressive,
01:07or do you use him for another season? Try to get back into the Bundesliga and let him go on a free
01:12transfer. That's kind of the state of play with things at the moment. Bild reckon that Leeds are
01:18probably going to go in with an improved offer. I think you could anticipate that considering that
01:25this summer when Leeds have bid for a player, i.e. Jadon Bogle, and the initial offer has been
01:30rejected, as is often the case in transfers, they've gone back again. They had two bids rejected
01:36for Bogle before a fee was eventually agreed. And I could definitely see a similar scenario
01:41playing out with Ljubicic. Yeah, it's another one of those, isn't it, where they've identified a
01:47player and a situation that they might be able to take advantage of. And also, you know, they
01:55got a fee in the region of eight million for Glenn Kamara. If they then replace Kamara with something
02:00that they need a bit more in terms of somebody being potentially more suited to the offensive
02:07side of things in the eight role for a lot less money, less than they got for Kamara, then that's
02:14Bunsenburner. Nice little earner.
