00:00I know you said earlier you have concerns about President Biden's cognitive abilities.

00:05He did address the nation from the White House last night.

00:09Did you catch those remarks?

00:11And what did you think?

00:12Yeah, I caught the remarks.

00:14And again, he went back to the same rhetoric that I think was responsible for getting President

00:18Trump almost assassinated.

00:19Again, this whole threat to democracy tone and I think underlying message and that this

00:25is really an important decision.

00:27And if democracy is on the line, right, they like to say that.

00:30But I think either which way, I mean, Biden himself, his own family, the party decided

00:35that he should not seek reelection.

00:36And yet they're still trying to say and pawn him off as if he's capable of making decisions

00:41moving forward in our country.

00:42And I just don't think that that's the case.

00:44And so, you know, he used his position and platform to get behind Kamala Harris.

00:48But what I will also tell you is it still seems like there's people within the party

00:52that don't want Kamala Harris.

00:53And that's why you're seeing, I think, them actually, what are they phoning in the delegates?

00:57And so they're trying to prevent there from being any controversy with another pick.

01:01And so, I mean, look, moving forward, whether it's Kamala Harris, whether it's Gavin Newsom,

01:05whoever it is, the polling is still showing in our favor.

01:08President Trump just literally took a bullet for democracy in his own words.

01:12He's been tried and tested on foreign policy.

01:15And frankly, I don't want someone in the White House who's going to laugh their way through

01:18foreign policy.

01:20Going back to President Biden, if you don't think he's fit to serve right now and he doesn't

01:24step down, which I mean, he didn't last night, do you think that the 25th Amendment should

01:29be invoked?

01:30Most certainly.

01:31In fact, what I'm hearing is that that is actually what his cabinet used to threaten

01:36him to drop out of the presidential.

01:39Who are you hearing that from?

01:40Yeah.

01:41Yeah.

01:42I'm actually hearing that from my colleagues on the other side of the aisle.

01:46So Democratic members of the House are saying that the 25th Amendment was threatened to

01:52get President Biden to step down.

01:54That's the rumor, Mel.

01:55Yes.

01:56Interesting.

01:57And I have to ask, obviously, are there any names to those people?
