00:33It is an act of maturity, of growth, of many things in which I am much more open to receive learning,
00:41to receive the best of people and of everything I live, of everything I am going through.
00:47And this project is also the first one I do completely outside of my country, far from my family.
00:56So there were many different things, for which at the beginning it was difficult for me to say,
01:02yes, I accept, because I loved the project, but there were things that I said, God, no.
01:07The fears that sometimes human beings have, that everything is in our mind, no.
01:11Well, I am happy to have accepted and overcome those fears, to have lived this complete experience,
01:18to have met incredible people like all my colleagues and all the production,
01:23who were always very generous, supportive, kind, and to have met the chefs who taught me so much.
01:31Because I really overcame my fears, I learned to cook, I grew up, I connected much more with my essence.
01:37I took this energy to know how to distribute it, focus, harmonize, balance.
01:44And all that is an evolution, a personal development, not only in the kitchen, but in life.
01:50So this has been very enriching.
01:53I am very grateful for having lived these more than 120 cooks,
02:00to have succeeded and not succeed, but in the end to have seen myself in myself,
02:05that great and important growth in the kitchens and in myself as a woman and as a human being.
02:12I am definitely a winner.
02:15I have always said that being a winner or a loser is here in our mind,
02:20if we go in life with the attitude of losers or with the attitude of winners.
02:25I have always been a winner.
02:27In life I consider that you never lose, you always win or you learn.
02:32But obviously this time I think I am ready to know what it feels like to win by winning.
