00:13it rather thoroughly, mentioning attorneys, mentioning that the, that he had, you know,
00:19obviously, and we've heard this before, but nevertheless worth mentioning, he had no idea
00:24he was, apparently it was some medication that he wasn't aware had something on the
00:28band list and said that he's never taken it, never would, but he did, unknowingly,
00:36and so now he's going to fight it, but we've also seen on the text board and on YouTube
00:40and Twitch, people saying, well, he'll appeal it, and it'll probably be reduced to like
00:45four.
00:46No, there is no appeal.
00:47No, he's said that.
00:48He's accepted it.
00:49What I took was illegal.
00:50I just didn't know that what I was, I just didn't know that I was taking it.

00:54So he's fessed up to it.
00:55He's owned up to it.
00:56There's going to be some legal action taken, but I think it's mostly going to be probably
01:00against the pharmacy that gave it to him because he says that he, that the pharmacy either
01:04recklessly or the doctor or whatever, they, they, they kind of screwed up there.
01:09So you're going to try to get some of that money back is $1.6 million plus bonuses.

01:15If you can't now, we've also had people ask, well, what does this mean with the Texans
01:18in terms of JJ Watt?
01:19Because remember JJ Watt said, well, like, you know, if there were like an emergency
01:23or something that would arise, well then, Hey, you know, my phone's on, you have my

01:28Now this would seem to be one of those situations.
01:31However, the Texans have known about this.
01:34This is not something that the Texans just found out.

02:20So that's why the team was, the team was aware of it.
02:23That's why I think they probably signed Jerry Hughes.
02:26Again, we will, we will know more about this tomorrow because again, this report came out
02:31after D'Amico Ryan's talk to the media after practice today.
02:34So the Texans have not actually addressed it, but I imagine it will come up with D'Amico
02:39Ryan's tomorrow.
02:40And I'm guessing that's what the expectation is.
02:41And rest assured, no matter what you feel about JJ Watt and coming back and coming back
02:45later in the year or not coming back, that will be addressed as well.
