00:00In Baguio City, a man has been arrested after he was kidnapped by a minor.

00:11The 29-year-old male suspect was put in jail for kidnapping a minor resident of Binguet.

00:19The suspect is from Mabalacat, Pampanga.

00:22On July 8, 2024, the suspect was suspected of kidnapping a minor resident of Binguet, Pampanga.

00:29In an investigation, the suspect was found not guilty of kidnapping a minor resident of Binguet, Pampanga.

00:35The suspect was last seen on Harrison Road, where he was taken away by the suspect.

00:41The suspect was also last seen with the victim at Dau Terminal, Pampanga.

00:46Because of this, the Baguio City Police Office Station 7 carried out an operation to arrest the suspect and save the victim.

01:13More than two weeks later, the victim was successfully rescued from Marilao, Bulacan.
