00:00Update post. What happened in Carambola, Manila. The first thing we reported yesterday was that one of the passengers of the e-tri or tuk-tuk

00:13was hit by a car that was parked in the passenger's jeep. This is the first news of Bea Pinlac.

00:53Jamar was the one who was caught by the CCTV when a passenger jeep that lost its owner hit the eight cars that were parked in the Panolocan of Claro M. Recto Avenue and Reina Rejente Street in Manila.

01:06The tuk-tuk that his brother was driving was one of the hit cars. Five others were injured.

01:13It's painful ma'am. I just want justice for my son. I just want justice ma'am. I beg you.

01:22The driver of the jeep was held by the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit.

01:26The driver is facing a complaint of violation of RA 4136 or Land Transportation and Traffic Code because he did not show his license to be arrested after the accident.
