00:14Residents of Barangay 12 in Caloocan were engulfed by a blazing fire

00:19at 3 a.m. earlier this morning.

00:21The fire, which started from the third floor of a residential building,

00:27was extinguished by the first alarm.

00:30The fire was extinguished after almost an hour.

00:33Four adjacent rooms were burned.

00:36Sean Gabriel was only saved by a cell phone.

00:39We heard a bang in our neighbor's house.

00:42When we looked out of the window, I was surprised that there was a fire.

00:47When I saw the fire, I was overwhelmed by our neighbor.

00:53We didn't know how to start again.

00:56Sheila is very thankful that they were able to get out alive.
