00:20And the others, P1,2, P50.
00:22It's getting lower.
00:23Most of the prices are going down.
00:25It's all imported.
00:26More than 56,000 metric tons of imported rice
00:30has been imported to the Philippines
00:33and it's being sold at a lower price
00:36under Executive Order No. 62.
00:39But some people are reluctant to buy.
00:42I don't feel it.
00:43We don't eat rice in the morning anymore.
00:47Sometimes, just in the evening.
00:51So that it's not too expensive.
00:54Rice is expensive.
00:55The Department of Agriculture
00:57will start tomorrow the Rice for All Program
01:00or the sale of P45 per kilo of well-milled rice.

01:08compared to P55 per kilo of the same type of rice

01:19Under the Rice for All Program,
01:21only single parents and four-peas can buy cheap rice.

01:27everyone can buy rice.
01:29You don't need to show your ID.
01:31You can buy up to 25 kilos of rice
01:35in Kadiwa Stores in FEI,
01:37Caloocan, Malabon,
01:39and Bureau of Plant Industry in Manila.
01:42The objective of the Rice for All Program
01:45is to have available rice that is cheaper.
01:48This is one of the goals of our government
01:51to reduce the effect of food items on our inflation.
01:56So the prices will be lower.
01:58And of course, this will reduce the pressure on the family.
02:02The new schedule of Kadiwa Stores
02:05will start tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
02:09Tomorrow, the 17 Kadiwa Stores
02:12will continue to sell P29 per kilo of rice
02:16to the poorest Filipinos.
