00:00Today, I appeal to the Constitution, Article 297, the jurisdiction, electoral jurisdiction in Venezuela will be exercised by the Electoral Hall of the Justice Court and the remaining tribunals decided by the law.
00:23On the basis of Article 273 of the Organic Law of Electoral Process of Venezuela, dated August 12, 2009, which says
00:49The deadline to claim and to appeal any fault of the CNE will be 15 days after the electoral process.
01:05And on the basis of Article 179 of the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice of 2022, that says Article 179, the demand against the electoral process will be set up and put by whatever person is interested to do it.
01:33So I went to the Maximum Court of Justice so that the Electoral Hall proceed to pronounce the resolution of Sunday, 28th of July, and to decide from the point of view of investigation, technical investigation, and institutional and juridical,
02:02and from the point of view of the Venezuelan laws, to decide what happened on the 28th of July and after the 28th of July, and to establish with clarity and legal sentence the definite results that made me winner of the election on the July 28th,
02:28including all the steps of audits, all the audit steps that were made in Venezuela.
02:36There are 16 audits, and all those 16 audits were made, all the audits were made.
02:43The sabotage of the electoral system, the burning of the headquarters of municipal offices, the burning of electoral centers, plus the sabotage of the electronic system of transmission created a situation which was set as a coup against the electoral process, a criminal coup on the streets.
03:06And in Venezuela, in a sovereign way, absolutely sovereign, only the Supreme Electoral Court, and especially the CNE, has the power to intervene and to resolve whatever demand, electoral demand, which is in Venezuela.
