Israeli government spokesperson, David Mencer, on Wednesday (July 31) spoke to the media from Tel Aviv about the assassination of senior Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr in the Lebanese capital Beirut.

In the same briefing Mencer refused to comment on the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, the political leader of Hamas who was killed in Iran on Wednesday (July 30).
