00:00So, what you can also easily do is create PowerPoint slides by using techcpt.

00:11For example, for that, I'm going to go around and give it this prompt.

00:15So I'm going to go around and say, write a visual basic code that I can run as a module

00:26in Microsoft PowerPoint right here, just like this.

00:38And I'm going to go around and say, 10 types of fruits and their benefits and nutritional

00:53So if I were to go around and do that right here.

00:56So let's just go around and correct this out right here and send this.

01:00So once I do that, what happens is that it'll give me a visual basic code right here that

01:05I can run in Microsoft PowerPoint right here.

01:09So you can see that this is what you have right here.

01:11So it gave me the reason fruits and the details right here, just like this.

01:15And then it is writing the code so that this can be converted into slides right here, just

01:21like this.

01:22And it is even giving me the steps to actually go around and use the code in PowerPoint.

01:27So let's just go around and copy out the code and then I'm going to go around onto PowerPoint.

01:33So over here, I'm going to go to PowerPoint right here.

01:36And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to the developer mode right here.

01:40If I don't have the developer mode, then I can simply click on any area of the ribbon

01:45and then go to customize the ribbon.

01:47So let's just go around over here, customize the ribbon right here.

01:51And then you can enable the developer mode right here and press OK.

01:55Then you'll get this particular ribbon.

01:58Then you can go around onto Visual Basic right here.

02:01And then you can go around onto a insert right here and then go to module and paste out the

02:07code right here, just like this.

02:09And if I were to go around and hit the run button, then what happens is that the slides

02:13get created successfully, as you can see right here, just like this.

02:17So for ease of the fruits, it created out a separate slide, as you can see right here.

02:24And this is what you have.

02:25So apart from this, you can also go around and then create out PowerPoint slides directly.

02:31So with the GPT 3.5, you can still utilize this technique.

02:35But if you have GPT 4.0, then you can directly tell it to create PowerPoint slides.

02:41So now I'm going to go around and say simply give me PowerPoint slide file for this content

02:50right here, just like this.

02:51So if I were to go around and do that, so let's just go around over here and say simply

02:56give me PowerPoint slide file for this content right here.

02:59Then it analyzes out the content, as you can see right here, and then prepares to actually

03:04go around and make the file right here, which does take a bit of time right here, as you

03:09can see, just like this.

03:11So you need to wait.

03:13And then you can see that it says here is the PowerPoint slide file with the information

03:18about the different types of fruits, their benefits and nutritional values.

03:22So I can simply go ahead and download the file right here.

03:25And if I were to go around and open it up right here, then this is what you have.

03:30This is what you get, as you can see.

03:32So it uses the four by three aspect ratio, as you can see right here.

03:37You get almost the same result, as you can see right here, with each of the slides containing

03:41different fruit details, as you can see right here, just like this.

03:48So that is how you can go around and generate Microsoft PowerPoint slides inside of ChatGPT.
