00:25contacted victims, and appear to be calling from financial institutions, telecommunications
00:31companies, and law enforcement agencies.
00:33You are under arrest for suspicion of making and supplying articles of use abroad, and
00:40making false representations, and money laundering.
00:44NCAA officers, alongside our police colleagues, have arrested users and conducted searches
