00:35The cleanup drive in Barangay Tinajeros was carried out

00:38to speed up the cleaning of the barangay canals

00:41and to remove the piled up garbage.

00:44It is part of the cleaning of the government's new Philippines program

00:50Most of the garbage or almost all of the garbage

00:54was collected by the water.

00:56All of it came from outside.

00:59It clogged the canals and even their drainages.

01:02According to the MMDA,

01:04almost 100 tons of garbage was collected in Metro Manila

01:09from July 24 to 31.
