00:07The Philippines and Germany have agreed to help in the field of military cooperation.

00:13According to Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro,

00:15as part of the two countries' agreements,

00:18the strengthening of defense, the training of soldiers, and the exchange of information.

00:27to supply military equipment to the Philippines.
