00:00The Subi Reef is now a gun city in the West Philippine Sea because of the large structure and military equipment that China has built there.

00:09The Subi Reef is part of the extended continental shelf of the Philippines and is close to Pag-asa Island, which is surrounded by Palawan.

00:17Raffi Tima has the first news.

00:20From the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources' airplane in Subi Far, we flew from the runway of Pag-asa to see the activities of China in San Dikey.

00:33From the horizon, you can see how many Chinese militia boats are scattered.

00:38This place is between Pag-asa and Subi Reef, the artificial island that China built in 2013.

00:45By chance, the B-4 airplane was flying us around the Subi or Zamora Reef, which is only 26 kilometers away from Pag-asa.

00:53From the 300-meter-high plateau, you can see how large the houses are on the artificial island.

01:00This city is full of large houses.

01:04This used to be just a reef. There was no structure like this.

01:08It used to be just a few houses, but now you can see that it is a real island.

01:13There are plants, buildings, and a long runway.

01:19It is noteworthy that there are cars blocking the runway.

01:22On one side of the island, there is a structure that looks like a cover.

01:26It has antennas on the back.

01:29It is also noteworthy that there are large radar domes, not just one, but five on the entire island.

01:35Aside from this, there are so many antennas.

01:38These small structures look like buildings.

01:42They look like hangars of airplanes.

01:45It could be a jet fighter. It could be a fighter plane of the Chinese Navy.

01:53This is how extensive the reclamation of China was to build such a large island here in Subi Reef.

02:02There is no doubt that this used to be a large military installation.

02:08There is also a large parade ground.

02:11But the biggest part of this Chinese military complex is the large deep water sheltered port.

02:16No matter how big the waves are, the Chinese ships can hide this place.

02:21This is their entrance.

02:26This light tower that you can see here is one of the first Chinese to build this artificial island.

02:39That is what you can see from the island when the weather is clear.

02:47That is Subi Reef.
