00:00Three, two, one.
00:12In today's meeting, I would like to thank you because this house is very important.
00:19In Kuala Lumpur, there are 10,000 refugees who are waiting to get a house.
00:25So, I would like to thank you, Kormeng,
00:28because it's not just about building a normal house,
00:32but also building a civil house to meet the needs,
00:36not only of the public officials, but also of the B40 and M40 groups,
00:41which are more difficult.
00:42Rich people can build any house,
00:45even if it costs tens of millions, they can build it, I don't care.
00:48We have land, we can give it to them, no problem.
00:51But other people must be helped.
00:55That's why the government must be strengthened
00:59to solve the housing problem that is very difficult.
01:03We inherited the population,
01:06look at the population, 60,000.
01:0860,000 people are in a queue to get a house in Bandaraya.
01:11Then, we have an attack to finish 60,000 in one year.
01:16It's not possible.
01:17Today, it's 850.
01:20So, with Kormeng, we are planning
01:22to have at least 3,000 to 4,000 houses
01:25in one place.
01:27And for every new house,
01:29I direct the Ministry of the Interior and the Government of Bandaraya
01:33to build a new house with good land.
01:35So, we can pass it.
01:37We can give space.
01:39We can speed it up.
01:41But the condition is that there must be one or two blocks of houses
01:45for the people to benefit from.
01:50This is the firmness.
01:51That's why I said,
01:53if the leadership is firm,
01:56the public responsibility is firm,
01:58a lot can be solved.
02:00If it's not firm,
02:01if they get half a million,
02:03the case will be closed.
02:04That's why in the past,
02:06there was no pressure like now.
02:08The plot ratio,
02:09the green conditions,
02:11the park,
02:12the school grounds,
02:14all of that is ruined
02:17because they don't think about the interests of the people.
02:21That's why I said,
02:23don't underestimate the governance
02:26and the conditions of the people.
02:28Don't underestimate the corruption and corruption.
02:31Because this is what makes the people down there.
02:34I know it's hard to understand.
02:36You can't see it.
02:37The people who are corrupt now are greedy.
02:39They don't keep their accounts here.
02:41Sometimes they are abroad.
02:43But when we take firm action
02:45to the big corruptors
02:47who have tens of billions,
02:49half of the people are silent,
02:51moaning.
02:52They don't dare to speak
02:53because they are big
02:55or too rich.
02:58They don't dare to speak.
02:59I want to tell you,
03:01we have a meaning.
03:03We want to protect this country.
03:05We want to clean up this country.
03:08If this country is not cleaned up
03:10from the dirtiness
03:12of this corruption,
03:14it's impossible for this country
03:16to be elevated as a great country.
