00:00This side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side,
00:17this side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side, this side,
00:18this side.
00:19Wait, wait.
00:32Hello everyone.
00:48Thank you so much for being here.
00:49You are so senior to me personally and we are really glad I am saying this on behalf
00:54of our team.
00:56Because I know Martin, how much work has gone into it or kyunki hum Bangalore se yahan par
01:01aaye hain, I cannot even imagine ki how we could pull off this international press meet.
01:07So thank you so much for being here guys.
01:10So speaking of the preparation that you had asked me what I have done for the movie, I
01:14would say not really much.
01:16I will tell you how I got selected for the movie.
01:18I want to take you back to the journey of me.
01:21So I am Anveshi Jain and it is something that nobody would expect from a small town called
01:28Khajraho, an engineer and an MBA holder who would one day see herself with such big stars
01:34and team on screen on such a big screen.
01:36So it is a dream come true and to be very honest until today.
01:40So I was there in the other press meet that we had on the teaser launch in Bangalore.
01:46And that was the first time when I could witness, so because I am a part of the film when we
01:50are shooting, we get an idea how big the project would be.
01:53But it had surpassed my expectation back then that oh my god I am a part of such a big film.
02:00So I come from OTT background.
02:01I have done shows, OTT shows here in Bombay and my first show got me the title of most
02:08Googled actors 2020 and this is how I got this film.
02:12On Instagram, they saw me, I somehow resembled the character of a gangster.
02:17I don't know whether I should say it as a compliment or something else but they found
02:22the character in me.
02:24So they thought it will be very easy for me for the way I am on my social media.
02:29And after starting the preparation of it, I had to prepare for fight scenes and I had
02:33to do a lot of workouts and then in between I got injured and I could not come and shoot
02:37because I had a very severe injury which our producer Uday sir, director sir understood
02:42and gave me that particular time to heal and then get back on set.
02:46So it was very cooperative.
02:48But having said that, I had no clue that I was a part of such a huge film which is actually
02:54going to be global, not just Indian because I was already very proud of the fact that
03:00Kannada industry, out of all, Kannada industry is becoming an inspiration for both Indian
03:07and for Bollywood and for in some parts I would say even Hollywood, the action that
03:12you see.
03:13And you know the best part is, the best part is that I am proud of this film because of
03:17the human emotions, the connect.
03:21As somebody asked that what is the reason, why do you think international audience would
03:26be interested in watching a film wherein you are having a tattoo which says Indian.
03:31The fact of the matter is, it's not about India or Pakistan or war among countries.
03:36It is about one single intent and motive that drives you crazy.
03:41So you may find your hero in him, you may find that alter ego in him, you may feel that
03:45rage for that one particular intent that you would do anything to achieve and that motive
03:51is so strongly aligned with no matter what race you are, that it will actually make you
03:57connect with him instantly, doesn't matter the colour or the caste or the place.
04:01So being a part of the film, I know the driving force is translating so well in the entire
04:09film, not just in the trailer.
04:10We assume that okay, trailer is nice, the teaser is great.
04:13I hope the storytelling may somewhere you know lack but I assure you it's not going
04:17to because you think it's heavy on action, we feel that the emotions may not do the justice
04:24but I tell you Arjun sir has written the script, you can be just rest assured of the fact that
04:31it's a wholesomeness of visual treat, of the action that we have done, of AP Arjun sir's
04:38extreme efforts.
04:39You know, I want to tell you one thing, I won't take much of your time but this man
04:43deserves this for you to know.
04:47So basically when I have shot for other South films as well, I have done Telugu with Ravi
04:51Teja sir and other films I have done, not much but I have done some work and I have
04:55never seen any man taking so much effort and time and hours and days to perfect one
05:05particular scene.
05:06So there was a scene when I was supposed to jump from down to a truck and that was supposed
05:13to be taken up by Chopper and that scene, it may meticulously he was perfecting it and
05:20I was wondering I don't know whether do we really need so many takes and so much of perfection
05:24and even if something is wrong behind, like if something is wrong behind which you will
05:29not notice, he will redo the entire thing and we will shoot, we will shoot it again
05:35and that conviction, that precision and that devotion now I know and my respect for him
05:42has grown multi folds for that learning that I have had on set.
05:47So that would be it, thank you so much.
