01:07enjoyed it. Then I gave him a new bed, a little toy, some nice food, and he was very, very
01:14happy about it. After a few days, he became very, very social. Oh, good morning. Did you
01:21miss me? Peanut became friends with my little rescue chihuahua, Pixie. She was almost the
01:28same size as him. They were jumping around the bed. They were playing outside, running
01:33through the field. Seeing these little puppies playing around is so heartwarming. It makes
01:38us so proud of our work. In March 2022, I left everything behind me in Germany. I decided
01:46to take my part in rescuing and saving animals here.
01:57It was a completely new world to me.

02:02We would drive to the front line and that's where we save a lot of animals. Seeing where
02:07they came from and then seeing how beautiful they are, it's so motivating to keep doing
02:12what we are doing here.
02:14We had a woman reach out who was super interested in adopting Peanut. She decided to take her
02:20car and just drive immediately to Ukraine and pick him up.
02:24Peanut is now on the way to his forever home with his new mommy. I'm very happy for him.
02:30I'm losing some tears.
02:31Her name is Dorothea. She's giving him all her attention.

02:37I get news and updates from Dorothea almost every day and seeing him there playing with
02:42other dogs that he didn't know before is so beautiful to see.
02:47It makes me just so proud and happy that little Wander went through all this bad thing in
02:52his past and now he will have the best life a dog can imagine.
