01:30It was heartbreaking.
01:31She was just completely broken.
01:41Angel is really uncomfortable with being touched still, understandably.
01:47And then she'd slowly come in.

01:52It's literally just a daily process.
01:56They were incredibly confident puppies and they helped her realise that we were no threat
02:02to her, that we weren't going to hurt her.
02:06They were really subtle signs but it was her way of showing us that she was happy to see
02:10us when we'd walk towards her pen, she'd have her tail wagging.
