00:40This conference that brings together the business or community to discuss these technologies

00:53digital transformation.
00:55Ladies and gentlemen, Southeast Asia, and Malaysia in particular, is rapidly becoming
01:01a regional technological capital.

01:27full line-up of thought leaders who brought a wealth of knowledge based on their diverse
01:31backgrounds and experiences.
01:34The industry is moving so fast.
01:36There's a lot of information out there, there's misinformation, there's a lack of industry
01:42expertise that needs to be brought to the forefront.
01:45Conferences like this actually send a very clear message and get the correct messaging
01:50out to the number one industry players, general public, on what government legislation is
01:56coming, how datacentres are affecting the landscape we live in.
01:59I mean, we've got so much investment coming to Malaysia, right?
02:02There's definitely going to be an impact.
02:03There's going to be an economic impact, there's going to be an environmental impact, there's
02:06also a data sovereignty impact, right?
02:08So all those things come into play.
02:10So these conferences are very important for actually getting the messaging out right.
02:13Today's conference, it actually helps us to learn from other industry players on what
02:18to expect in the next five to ten years.
02:21Because at the end of the day, AI is what I call a reinvention of internet.
02:25A lot of people are confused, a lot of people are still having questions on what AI is all
02:29about and how it affects us as far as the datacentre industry is concerned.
02:34So today's session is for us to exchange our information, to learn from others on the best
02:38practices and how we move forward.
02:40In addition, the two-day conference provided an avenue for networking and collaboration
02:45opportunities with other like-minded professionals looking to level up their expertise in cloud
