00:12most iconic locations. It's called the Champs-Elysees and this is one of the most beautiful avenues

00:17in the world it is said. Well, it has not missed the spirit of the Olympics. There are

00:22lots of tourists, lots of fans that are flocking this place. So let's walk you down the Champs-Elysees

00:27to get a glimpse of what it's like to be at this beautiful avenue in the midst of the

00:31Paris Olympics.

00:35The Avenue des Champs-Elysees is known to be one of the most beautiful avenues in the

00:40world. It runs through the Arc de Triomphe and is currently walking distance from five

00:46Olympic venues. One could say that this is a venue by itself.

00:52Well, I was just thinking, 55 years ago, I studied about the Champs-Elysees in French

01:00class in college and I learned how to say it but that's all I really knew other than

01:06pictures. Now I see it with my eyes and that's a whole different experience and I'm enjoying

01:11it, yes.

01:13Here you can find tourists all year round, enjoying a meal as they catch the beautiful

01:18sunset, shopping at the world's most renowned stores or just simply taking a walk.

01:24My favourite place in Paris is Champs-Elysees because you don't feel as crowded and it's

01:31beautiful places, shopping, I love it. Right now, tomorrow we're going to see Atlétismo

01:38and well, Mexico is not right now but we love to see any country contributing and participating.

01:48The regular stores are joined by Olympic fans this year. Multiple pop-up stores are

01:53selling Olympic merch, in addition to the flagship store of the Paris Games which is

01:58here at the Champs-Elysees. If you walk down the avenue, you can see fans spotting vibrant

02:04jerseys, representing their countries and even exchanging Olympic pins, a phenomenon

02:10unique to the Games.

02:12We asked visitors one unmissable location when visiting Paris during the Olympics and

02:17the Champs-Elysees has some serious contenders.

02:20Just the iconic Eiffel Tower, amazing.

02:23Yeah, if you can get tickets to the beach volleyball, it's just a really great atmosphere

02:28there.

02:29Everything, I mean Eiffel Tower.

02:35Eiffel Tower is the best one, then Disneyland is the most wonderful place here.

02:43And here, Champs-Elysees Street, it's a very wonderful area.

02:49I think the classic is the Eiffel Tower because it's worth it.

02:52And in terms of fan zone, we really liked the one at the Château de Vincennes because

02:56there's a lot of space and a lot of activity, so it's pretty nice.

03:01A day at Champs-Elysees ends with smiles as tourists soak up the beautiful Arc de Triomphe

03:07and even queue up to get that perfect picture.
