The Cowboys added some bodies to their roster yesterday in the form of three defensive players. Bryan Broaddus of the GBag Nation joined Shan & RJ to discuss if any of these players could make an impact on this year's team, as well as recap last night's Jerry party at Nobu in Malibu.

00:00Brian, two linebackers signed yesterday, Nick Vigil and Darius Harris, and then the defensive
00:20tackle Albert Huggins. Are these camp bodies? Are these guys to compete for the roster?
00:25What do you think the thought process was behind these moves?
00:28Well, I guess who gets to do work after he gets off the show with you guys today. I get
00:32to sit down and watch tape of these cats and try and figure that out. We had the party,
00:37the jury party last night, so I had to go attend that. I didn't have a chance to watch
00:43my tape like I normally do when we bring players in. So I promise I'll have that up for the
00:48afternoon show. But yeah, you know, it's interesting the combination though, because I kind of
00:53felt like the linebacker room has shown some promise here. And so I'm now maybe these guys,
01:00I know Virgil is a linebacker, but I know we'll think about the others and see because there's
01:05been some guys that I've looked at, you know, Mohamed and those guys who are playing in 3-4
01:10are odd fronts. And, you know, they were more like kind of stand up guys, like playing as
01:16outside linebacker guys. So I'll just have to give it a little bit of a little bit of a look
01:21today as I like to say after I get off the show with you guys and then make a determination like,
01:26okay, these are where these guys fit. But it is an unusual combination because I thought the room
01:31that they're adding to is been pretty good so far. Outside of just the players themselves,
01:38because like you said, you're going to watch the tape on them today. Yeah. Would you say,
01:43does it give you any pause or does a thought creep into your head at all of just like,
01:47is Eric Kendrick's back totally okay? If there's only two linebackers? Yeah, he's practicing. I
01:52think they've got him on kind of a rotational system. Pitch count, if you will. Yeah, pitch
01:57count a little bit. But they're trying to get, the way they're playing their linebackers is
02:02they're trying to give all their guys some look. And it even goes down to, you know, it's funny
02:09because I was talking to some guys last night at the media party, you know, Willie Harvey's getting
02:13a lot of play. You know, he's actually getting play with the ones and then, you know, he normally
02:18works with, he started off the course with threes and now he's, you know, was working as a two and
02:24then was now working with the ones a little bit. So, you know, they move Parsons around. Parsons
02:30is playing edge. You do see him play an off-ball linebacker when they really need, when they need
02:35to get a stop, they play him really as an off-ball linebacker and kind of move him around in order to
02:42try and stop the offense from converting. But then, you know, Overshome gets work. Clark gets
02:48a lot of work. I mentioned Luefau. Damian Wilson, the veteran, he gets a lot of work, you know,
02:53with Kendricks as well. So, every one of their linebackers sees time on the field. And that's
03:00why I kind of felt like, well, man, this is a group that's not struggling. And here they are
03:05adding some guys to it. So, you know, maybe they see something a little bit differently than we all,
03:08everybody here on the field. All right. So what else?
