21:28Hi everyone, meet our friends Terri and Bindi
21:31Hi everyone, hi Jeff
21:33Hi, now Terri can you tell us something about the koala?
21:36I sure can, koalas are really interesting animals
21:39because they climb trees, eat eucalyptus leaves
21:42and the mother koala has a backwards pouch
21:45so the baby crawls up underneath
21:47and when they get bigger they ride on their mother's back
21:50Wow, hey Terri those koalas have got the right idea
21:53they just sleep and sleep and sleep
21:55That's right, I think Jeff would like to hang out with the koalas
22:14Koala sleeps so quietly in the eucalyptus tree
22:22She snuggles up so peacefully, as happy as can be
22:30Sleeping till she's hungry, then she eats the tasty leaves
22:38Climbing up the tree trunk to find a branch where she can sleep
22:45Her little baby stays so close, holding on so tight
22:53In the heat of the day and the cool of the night
23:01Whether sitting in a tree or scurrying down a track
23:08You'll always see the koala baby clinging to his mother's back
23:24Wake up Jeff!
23:27Thank you Bindi, thank you everyone and thank you koala
23:33Everybody it's a very exciting time
23:35We are feeding, Steve and I are feeding

23:40Aren't they gorgeous?
23:41They are beautiful Steve
23:42Beautiful animals the dingo and they're Australia's dog
23:45They've been here for thousands of years
23:48I don't know how long you've got to be here before you're called a native
23:51but they actually come from Asia and they're the Asian wolf
23:55Beautiful orange colouration and sleek
23:58You can see how sleek their body structure is Anthony
24:01They can run like the wind mate
24:03They are so fast
24:04Look at the way their tail curls up, their typical dingo tail
24:08and they've got white feet
24:10and these are the orange coloured ones
24:12Steve do they bark much?
24:14No mate, they don't bark at all
24:15What do they do?
24:16They woo!
24:17Woo!
24:18Just like that
24:19If an ambulance goes past they start howling
24:22and this is Mia
24:23We've got three girls, we've got Mia, Kira and Kuya
24:27and they've got the greatest sense of hearing
24:30Of course their speed and agility is the amazing thing
24:33You can pick them up mate
24:34Oh absolutely
24:36Look at the dingo
24:38We got them as puppies and we raised them in my house
24:41just like you would any other dog
24:43and so they're kind of our pets
24:44but you know what?
24:45The dingo got a bit of a wild streak
24:47Any little kids run past and they all get excited
24:50Any ducks fly in they try to get them
24:52Lizards they try to get them
24:54They don't make a good pet
24:56They're virtually a wild animal
24:58Dingoes, we love them!
25:28Little dingo, little dingo
25:30Your day has just begun
25:33The little dingo, dingo

25:47It's bedtime and it's dark
25:49Little dingo, little dingo
25:51Little dingo, little dingo
25:53Walking in the morning light

27:13Hey everyone, we're here with our friend Wags. Let's all say, Woof to Wags!
27:17Woof! Wags!
27:19Now Wags is our pet friend. Now Steve, you know all about wild animals.
27:23Yeah, mate. Now wild animals take care of themselves, but pets, you have to look after them. What do you have to do with pets, Steve?
27:28Mate, pets. Well, the number one thing, the number one thing is love.
27:33You've got to love your pet, whether it be a little fish, or a cat, a dog, a horse, or a cow.
27:39It doesn't matter, you've got to give them lots of love.
27:41Yes.
27:42Right? Food! You've got to have good food. Whatever those animals need, those pets need, you've got to give them good food, a nice house to live in, lots of cleanliness,
27:52and of course, wool. With love, mate, that's the number one.
27:56Ha-ha, pets, they're great!
27:58Woo!
28:00A rabbit and a dog, a garbage and a mouse, a cat and a frog, and a feral animal!
28:06You might like a pet, it's your animal friend. Take care of them, feeding, washing, playing too.
28:16Jeff has a sleepy cat. Jeff likes sleeping just like that while Anthony likes his dogs to run around.
28:27You might like a pet, it's your animal friend. Take care of them, feeding, washing, playing too.
28:36Greg's pet rabbit's in a hut, and helps him with his magic cocoa. Murray's goldfish swims the whole day long.
28:46A rabbit and a dog, a garbage and a mouse, a cat and a frog, and a feral animal!
28:52Woo-hoo-hoo! Hey, Greg, look at my pet! It's a cockatoo! Woo-hoo-hoo!
29:06Woo-hoo! Isn't it great, Greg?
29:09You might like a pet, it's your animal friend. Take care of them, feeding, washing, playing too.
29:21What a friend your pet can be, they'll keep you company at all. Pets are special, take good care of them.
29:31A rabbit and a dog, a garbage and a mouse, a cat and a frog, and a feral animal!
29:37Oh, this is the best pet I've ever had!
29:42Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!
29:49Slow down, Captain, slow down. What's going on?
29:51Oh, Steve, I was just being chased by a really big bird and it had a really long neck and really long legs and no wings!
29:58No wings?
29:59No wings!
30:00That'll be the Australian emu! They're a flightless bird, they can't fly, but by crikey, can they run real quick!
30:07Oh yeah, and it makes a noise too, Steve, it was going...
30:13That's a real legend around our parts, his name is Old Man Emu!
30:17Old Man Emu?
30:18Oh yeah!
30:19Hey! Old Man Emu!
30:21Let's go!
30:31No worries, mate!
30:48While the eagles fly and round and round, I keep two feet firmly on the ground.
30:52Now I can't fly, but I'm telling you, I can run the pants off a kangaroo!
31:01He can't fly, but I'm telling you, he can run the pants off a kangaroo!
31:09Well, he was the model for the 50 cents.
31:13The designer should have had more sense.
31:17If you take a look, it'll prove to you I can run the pants off a kangaroo!
31:26Take a look, it'll prove to you he can run the pants off a kangaroo!
31:31He can't loop the loop like a cockatoo.
31:36Swoop and toss like an albatross.
31:40You silly galah are better by far than a white cockatoo or a budgerigar!
31:44They squeak and squawk and try to talk, why me and them?
31:47Like teas and chalk!
31:52Well, he can't fly, but I'm telling you, he can run the pants off a kangaroo!
32:01Last time I saw an old man, he knew um-ba-da-li-cha-da-da-da.
32:05He was chasing a female, he knew um-ba-da-li-cha-da-da-da.
32:09As he shot past, I heard him say,
32:11She can't fly, but I'm telling you, she can run the pants off a kangaroo!
32:20She can't fly, but I'm telling you, she can run the pants off a kangaroo!
32:25Well, there is a moral to this ditty, um-ba-da-li-cha-da-da-da.
32:29Thrush can sing, but he ain't pretty, um-ba-da-li-cha-da-da-da.
32:33Duck can swim, but he can't sing.
32:35Cork and the eagle on the wing, he mu-can't fly, but I'm telling you,
32:39he can run the pants off a kangaroo!
32:43Well, the kookaburra laughed and he said it's true.
32:46Well, the kookaburra laughed and he said it's true.
32:59Now that, is a fair dink of kookaburra.
