✍INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients for Bhune chane ki barfi : ( IN ENGLISH )

1 Cup Milk ( दूध )
Cashew ( काजू )
Cardamon ( इलाइची )
½ Cup Sugar ( चीनी )
1 tsp Poppy seed ( खसखस )
1 tsp Ghee ( घी )
3-4 drop Kewda ( केवड़ा )
Silver work / Dry fruits ( चाँदी का काम )

Instructions for making roasted chickpeas barfi:

Grind the roasted chickpeas into a fine powder using a blender.
Put cashew, Cardamon, Sugar and poppy seeds in the grinder and grind it properly. Mix this powder to roasted chickpeas powder.
Add 1 tsp ghee, 1 cup milk powder / Khoya, 3-h drop kewda and mix it well.
add a little milk ( according to need ) and mix it.
Take a butter paper.
Spread the chickpeas dough on that butter paper.
Put another butter paper above that dough and rolling out well (slight thick)
we will make the shape of barfi, sprinkle nuts on it.
Finally your Roasted Chickpeas barfi is ready.

भुने चने की बर्फी बनाने की विधि: ( हिंदी में )

भुने हुए चनों को ब्लेंडर की सहायता से बारीक पीस लें।
काजू, इलायची, चीनी और खसखस ​​को ग्राइंडर में डालकर अच्छी तरह पीस लीजिए. इस पाउडर को भुने चने के पाउडर में मिला दीजिये|
इसमें 1 चम्मच घी, 1 कप दूध पाउडर/खोया, 3 चम्मच केवड़ा डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें|

हम बर्फी का आकार बनाएंगे, उस पर मेवे छिड़केंगे|
आख़िरकार आपकी भुनी हुई चने की बर्फी तैयार है।
