00:00There's such a huge fan base for this book, did you feel any pressure to get this role right?
00:06I felt like it was a really good opportunity to like connect deeply with it myself. I think
00:12everybody can connect to these characters in their own like unique ways and have these visions of it
00:18and I'm super aware of that but I knew for myself and like my process I needed to like find what
00:25was true to me and I really hope they like what I did but yeah that's that was kind of my process
00:30with it. And since then have you been able to have any conversations with Brandon about the role?
00:35Yeah I mean Brandon's the best, he's so funny, he's so sweet. I think we both love Atlas like
00:43I think as a character I feel so lucky to play someone with such a genuine good soul and good
00:50heart with the best intentions for everything they do and I you know I felt really lucky to
00:57be able to do that and Brandon's just amazing like it was really fun doing press stuff with him,
01:03baking cookies with him, even though I'm terrible at doing it but yeah it was fun.
01:08He's got to teach you right? He's got to teach me you know it evolves from the younger to the older
01:13you know. Some wise advice that he's given you. I also wanted to ask what was the most challenging
01:19scene for you to work through given that this is you know that we deal with some heavy topics
01:24in this film? Yeah I think well we started filming Isabella and I the garden scene and that's a
01:35really like pivotal scene and very intimate moment where we're really kind of sharing for the first
01:42time what we've been through and she's really opening up too and I think that's a really
01:48difficult thing to do on your first day but it's an amazing thing to like build that trust
01:53and the comfortability with each other so it was the most difficult but also the most rewarding
01:58because I think from there we knew we were like locked in and we're ready to play and
02:02be scene partners and and like give this our all.
