00:00The Filipino Nationalist Party has joined forces with President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:10Through this, the so-called alliance has been formed that meets the needs of every Filipino.
00:20Kenneth Paciente is in the center of the news.
00:24On the 4th occasion, a new alliance was formed by the Philippine Federal Party led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:34The executive board witnessed the alliance signing between the PFP and the Nationalist Party.
00:40According to the President, this alliance will serve as a pathway to further advance the future change of the government.
00:47He also argued that even though the political parties have different ideologies,
00:53it is still possible for the partnership to be formed so that the strength of the people will be strengthened.
01:17We have been talking about during the presidential campaign, our cry is for unity.
01:25And that continuing call for unity remains.
01:28And that is why it is very gratifying to see that the significant, the big, and influential,
01:39and historical national parties of the Philippines have come to answer that call for unity.
01:48The executive board also agreed that the parties should stop fighting.
01:53It is a waste of time and resources for those who only focus on work.
01:59We came into office, and when we leave office, that we leave the Philippines a better country.
02:07And we leave the Filipinos in a better condition than we found them when we first came into office.
02:14That is the aspiration. That is the dream.
02:17And it can only be achieved through a unified effort by everyone.
02:21And there is nothing more that we can do but to continue to work for that dream.
02:27The President also occasionally ran under the NPA.
02:32And he said that there was nothing wrong with him leaving the party.
02:37I am the one who is in debt.
02:39I am saying that if it wasn't for the NPA, I wouldn't have become president.
02:43That is why I owe a lot to the NPA's help.
02:49That makes it a very natural alliance.
02:52The PFP was the first to ally with the Christian Muslim Democrats,
02:56Nationalist People's Coalition, and National Unity Party.
03:00But it is not only the election that we are looking at in 2025
03:04but we are also looking at our allied political parties
03:09that we need to unite because if we unite,
03:12we will be able to achieve the minimum dream of our beloved President.
03:20This coalition of major political parties is a strong message to our people
03:25that political affiliation is subordinate to our common vision,
03:29the people above all.
03:31As of now, the PFP does not have a senatorial slate
03:34but they say that their lineup will be targeted before the filing of the candidacy.
03:39While three will be coming from the Nationalist Party,
03:42including Camille Villar, Senator Amy Marcos, and Senator Pia Cayetano.
03:48Kenneth Paciente, for Pambansang TV in the new Philippines.
