00:08The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board reopened the application for the consolidation of the Public Transport Modernization Program.

00:18The LTFRB Chair, Teofilo Guadis III, explained that this is in accordance with the Senate's request.

00:25Because of this, those who were not included in the consolidation can now file an application until November 29.

00:33The LTFRB clarified that those who will be consolidated do not need to form a new cooperative.

00:43President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. approved the inauguration of Sorsogon Sports Arena today.

00:50It is part of the 7.1-hectare Sorsogon Sports Complex, inspired by the Colosseum of Rome, Italy.

00:59It has a seating capacity of 12,000 and can accommodate up to 20,000 full house sports activities, football or international events.

01:10According to the President, the construction of the project is in progress in the Bicol Region.

01:18This supports the goal of our Administration to facilitate public services and increase the population of the country.

01:28Another example of the unity of local and national goals is the establishment of the Sampaloc Telephone Tenement.

02:29Meanwhile, congressmen blamed the issue of the 125 million pesos confidential fund of the OVP in 2022.

02:39Why is the COA allowing the OVP to submit acknowledgement receipts that they do not verify if it is legitimate or not?

02:50The COA explained that it is not included in their mandate and that documentary requirements are included in their audits.
