The Los Angeles Chargers have found their coach in Jim Harbaugh and their franchise QB in Justin Herbert, but what else is there?

00:00into the, you know, rolling through the offseason coming into, uh, training camps.
00:06I wasn't, wasn't really sold on them struggling this year, but I definitely could see some
00:12serious struggles between, like you said, the running back room, who exactly is going to be
00:18the lead dog there. And are they really dynamic enough to help shoulder the load on offense?
00:22Herbert, who's still recovering from last year and also dealing with new injuries. I just
00:28adjusting to a new head coach and offensive coordinator. All that stuff is, uh, it's going
00:34to be something to watch how the chargers get out of the gate and whether they adjust quickly.
00:39If they fall down quickly, do they get back up? I think it could be a rough year for them,
00:43but I'm glad you brought up the head coach.
00:49I think Harbaugh is great at maximizing really talented guys, right? Um, that's what he did
00:56at Michigan. He had the most talented defense in football and he maximized the abilities of
01:02those guys. When he was in San Francisco, he maximized the abilities of a pretty talented
01:09roster, right? I don't know how talented the chargers roster is, at least not on the offensive
01:13side of the ball. They've got a bunch of great names on the defensive side of the ball. Maybe
01:18he helps a little bit there, but like I said, you know, we mentioned the running back room,
01:22who's the standout talent in that running back room. They don't have one. Who's the standout
01:26talent in the wide receiver? They don't have any standout talent on the offensive side of the ball,
01:31aside from a healthy Justin Herbert, possibly, and he's not even healthy right now.
