00:00Former Philippine Navy Chief Vice Admiral Robert Empedrad called the allegations against him by former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.
00:09Empedrad insisted that his consensus is clean.
00:12He did not know the motive of Trillanes in filing a complaint of plunder against him in the Department of Justice.
00:18He faced investigations by the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Commission on Appointments.

00:24That is why the Commission on Appointments approved his appointment as Navy Chief.
00:29Empedrad insisted that he is retired after accepting the Navy's two ships that Trillanes is talking about in his plunder complaint.
