00:00The Court of Appeal has freezed the bank accounts and assets of Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:07The freeze order includes 10 personal bank accounts of the pastor, 7 real property, 5 vehicles, and 1 aircraft,

00:15as well as 47 bank accounts of the KOJC 16 assets and 16 vehicles.

00:21The accounts and assets of Swarasug Media Corporation, which runs Sunshine Media Network International or SMNI, were also freezed.

00:30The accounts and assets of Children's Joy Foundation, which was established by Quibuloy, were also freezed.

00:35According to the lawyer of the pastor and the KOJC, they will not comment until they receive a copy of the freeze order.

00:43According to the lawyer of SMNI, they respect the decision of the CA.

00:49They will issue a motion for the CA to repeal the order or to request a temporary restraining order from the Supreme Court.

00:56Quibuloy is facing child and sexual abuse cases and qualified human trafficking.

01:02Aside from his numerous cases in America, including sex trafficking, fraud and coercion, and bulk cash smuggling,

01:10the pastor has previously denied the accusations.

01:13According to the Police Region of Office 11, the pastor is hiding in the KOJC compound in Davao City.
