00:10the Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources,

00:20a type of syrup that is a by-product of the production of sugar.

00:25More than one hectare of Sagay Marine Reserve was affected.

00:32An inspection and water sampling of the DENR was carried out

00:37where it is expected to be released on August 16.

00:41Meanwhile, the Philippine Coast Guard's initial inspection
