00:00Well, you find yourself in Pennsylvania moving through South Central Pennsylvania near the state capitol there.
00:07Hey Melissa, good morning to you from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
00:09That heavy rain and the bands just blew through within the past 20 minutes.
00:14We've been driving around checking the good news, at least at this point, from the neighborhoods we saw.
00:18Harrisburg was able to escape most of the flash flooding issues for now.
00:22We checked the hot spots, but when those rain bands and wind blew through, I mean, check it out.
00:26We've got tree limbs and small trees that snapped and came down in this part of Harrisburg.
00:30We're just blocks away from the capitol.
00:32You could see a road crew here putting up signs, checking on some of the streets.
00:35And if you can, let's just walk over here with me.
00:38Traffic has been slowed here because when this band moved through, we had a number of small trees come down right near a cemetery not far from the capitol.
00:47And you could see right all along here the road there are tree limbs down.
00:51And over here to the left, that's actually part of a tree that snapped and came down.
00:55So this is the mess that they're dealing with here in Harrisburg.
00:58And, of course, we know there's more rain on the way.
01:00We're far from done with the flooding concerns.
01:03Check out this video.
01:04Heavy rain slowing down traffic and causing travel problems over in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, on our journey up from Maryland this morning to get here to the capitol of Pennsylvania.
01:14This 18-wheeler jackknifed in the rain along Interstate 81 just a short time ago, tying up traffic.
01:21Now, Debbie has been spinning up tornadoes from the Carolinas, including this one that was caught on camera near Harrells, North Carolina.
01:29Another tornado damaged a school and homes in Wilson County.
01:34And, sadly, there was one fatality reported.
