00:00We are definitely seeing flooded areas, significant infrastructure damage in terms of damage to roadways.
00:07We still have roads closed. We still have flooded roads in that area and stalled cars that need to be removed.
00:13It will be very difficult to recover from a major storm like this one.
00:18There are still families that are unable to get to their home.
00:21We're still not even sure we can get out of the Hampton. It's really deep there.
00:26But we're still dealing with the lingering effects of where that water is all draining, the creeks and the streams and the tributaries.
00:31And I saw dozens and dozens of vehicles that have been abandoned, that have been stalled or stuck in those floodwaters.
00:37So a very bad situation is still ongoing. There's still a cleanup going on.
00:41They're going to be operating without some of their major roadways for quite some time here.
00:45You basically take an entire hurricane and it felt like you just shoved it right in that water.
00:49We just can't handle 18 to 20 inches of rain in that short period of time.
00:54It can be paradise here or it can be your worst nightmare.
