00:00I think it's just, you know, you look at a guy like a drew sample, or
00:04you look at any of those guys, like even Kate, I think is the best example.
00:07The more you can do the better circumstance and
00:10more time that you're gonna get on the field.
00:11You know, being an overall well rounded tight end,
00:15that's very, very solid in all aspects.
00:17I think it's something that's super important within this offense and
00:20then the prospects for the next league as well.
00:22Is Jack McAllister an emergency kicker for you?
00:25All those guys are going to be cross trained to be able to do everything.
00:28So, you know, Grady's taking some punt reps, Jack's taking some kicking reps.
00:33I see a lot of those guys as we're just going to continue to see what the best
00:37combination is in terms of trying to work toward an elite operation standard
00:42that we're going to make sure that we hold them to.
00:44Charlie was injured to start camp.
00:45How have you seen his development kind of progress and
00:48what do you see the most in progress?
00:49Sure, I always say this is, you know, whenever you come in as a true freshman
00:54within the elite program in the summer, you're trying to learn a foreign language.
00:58So I think there are plays where he grasped really, really well.
01:01And then I think, you know, when there's some question marks or
01:04some gray areas, it's just more time that he has to spend in the meeting room,
01:08more time that he has to understand conceptually what we're doing.
01:11But I just, I continue to see growth every single day.
