00:00All right, welcome to this special edition of Hannity Election Countdown.
00:09Mark your calendars, because the 2024 presidential election is only 88 days away.
00:15And in 39 days, early voting officially kicks off in Pennsylvania, rolls out around the
00:19country.
00:20Buckle up, because the next three months, well, it's going to be insane.
00:24It'll be an emotional roller coaster.
00:27Anyway, President Trump already has survived an assassination attempt.
00:31Trump also has emerged unscathed from a multi-pronged effort from the left to throw him in jail.
00:37And meanwhile, Democrats are now on their second ticket after realizing the Biden-Harris
00:42administration failed all of you dramatically, and they were not capable of winning a second
00:49term.
00:50But instead of nominating someone new, they just simply anointed the most unpopular vice
00:54president in history and in the history of polling, a person who was routinely mocked
00:59on both sides of the aisle for being incompetent, unlikable and fake.
01:04You decide.
01:05It is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day.
01:13Every day, it is time for us to agree.
01:16You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?
01:21You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.
01:27The significance of the passage of time, right, the significance of the passage of time.
01:33So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time.
01:38A movement that has always been about the ability to see what can be unburdened by what
01:44has been.
01:46We have seen what can be unburdened by what has been.
01:53What can be unburdened by what has been.
01:57So Ukraine is a country in Europe.
02:02It exists next to another country called Russia.
02:05Russia is a bigger country.
02:06Russia is a powerful country.
02:07Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine.
02:08So basically, that's wrong.
02:09What can be unburdened by what has been.
02:20No wonder she reads the same exact speech every single campaign event, pretty much word
02:25for word.
02:26Now, her campaign is simply terrified to let her go off script, and for good reason.
02:31The more people hear from the real Kamala Harris and the more they get to know her,
02:35the less likely she is to get elected.
02:38So she, with the help of the state-run media, probed a mob.
02:42They're hiding her in the basement, like they did Joe in 2020, or pretty much their version
02:48of it.
02:49Now, that's why Kamala Harris almost never speaks without a teleprompter and almost never
02:53gives a speech that is different.
02:57It's the same words, same speech, over and over again.
03:01Watch.
03:02It is good to be back in Pennsylvania.
03:05It really is good to be back in Wisconsin.
03:08It is so good to be back in Michigan.
03:11I am clear, the path to the White House runs right through this state.
03:15And listen, I am clear, the path to the White House runs right through this state.
03:21I took on perpetrators of all kinds.
03:23I took on perpetrators of all kinds.
03:27I took on perpetrators of all kinds.
03:30I know Donald Trump's type.
03:34I know Donald Trump's type.
03:37In this campaign, I proudly put my record against his any day of the week.
03:43In this campaign, I'll tell you, I will proudly put my record against his any day of the week.
03:51Are you ready to make your voices heard?
03:53Ready to make your voices heard?
03:55Are you ready to make your voices heard?
03:58When we fight, we win!
04:03And I know Kamala's type, radical, extreme, and her policies are downright dangerous.
04:08Since her coronation, there have been zero official press conferences, zero national
04:13interviews.
04:14In fact, she has not participated in an official presser since December last year, and that
04:19went on for a whopping 12 minutes.
04:21Nancy Pelosi once urged her colleagues to pass a bill so they can find out what's in
04:26the bill.
04:27Now Democrats, they're asking you, the American people, to vote for Kamala Harris so you can
04:33find out what she really believes, according to The New Yorker.
04:37Quote, Harris's campaign website, meanwhile, does not have a policy section or an articulation
04:43of beliefs.
04:44There's just a button to donate, some merch, and yard signs, and a biography.
04:49Now, naturally, her biography does not make any mention of Kamala's prior positions that
04:55she's had on issues like her ban on fracking and oil exploration and her plan to defund,
05:02dismantle the police, no bail laws, or her support for that bail fund after a police
05:08precinct was burned to the ground four days later, four days after the burning, or her
05:13plan to abolish ICE, or her plan to decriminalize illegal immigration and give illegal immigrants
05:19free healthcare, housing, education, or her plan to have a mandatory gun buyback program
05:26to confiscate your guns, or her plan to eliminate the filibuster so she can pass the
05:31whopping $93 trillion Socialist Green New Deal.
05:36And according to random campaign staffers, though, Kamala's a new woman, well, whose
05:41views suddenly changed on everything.
05:44They changed as soon as she was anointed the Democratic nominee without a single vote,
05:49and they disenfranchised every Democratic primary voter in the country.
05:54But of course, we're yet to hear from Kamala herself, so we really don't know about any
05:59of these issues.
06:00Did she change her mind on fracking?
06:02Did she change her mind on mandatory gun buybacks?
06:05You know, these issues, however, this week, Kamala did promise to bring prices down on
06:10day one.
06:12Inflation she's going to deal with on day one if she is elected.
06:16Is she forgetting something?
06:18You decide.
06:20Prices for everyday things like groceries are still too high.
06:24You know it and I know it.
06:26You know, when I was attorney general, I went after price fixing schemes.
06:31And when I am president, it will be a day one priority to fight to bring down prices.
06:37I will take on big corporations that engage in illegal price gouging.
06:43I will take on corporate landlords that unfairly raise rents on working families.
06:49I will take on big pharma and cap the cost of prescription drugs for all Americans.
06:58Day one.
06:59I'm going to take this on.
07:01Kamala, you're in office right now.
07:04You're the vice president of the country.
07:06You were elected four years ago.
07:09And every single month under your administration, prices have gone up, been up, been up, been
07:14up, been up.
07:15Every item, every American buys in every store they go to up, up, up.
07:19Of all people, you should understand the significance of the passage of four years of time.
07:26And during the past three plus years, gas prices, yep, they're up a whopping amount
07:30as well as our housing prices, as our food costs.
07:36They're going through the roof.
07:37Credit card debt, nearly $7,000 per American.
07:41This is insane.
07:42And keep in mind, the most significant component of inflation is government spending.
07:48That keeps going up a whopping $2 trillion a year.
07:51Here are just a few examples of how Kamala spent your money.
07:54Now, first we have $5 billion for an electric school bus program that has managed to produce
08:0160 buses.
08:02That's $83 million per bus produced.
08:05And let's not forget the $7.5 billion investment, they always say investment, in electric vehicle
08:11charging stations that produced only seven stations in two years.
08:16Wow, that's the government.
08:18And she wants to get rid of your own private health care insurance.
08:21As legend has it, Kamala's still trying to figure out how these charging stations work.
08:27It didn't work out when she tried it the last time.
08:29Take a look.
08:30That's it.
08:31Yeah.
08:32There we are.
08:33That's it.
08:34And there's no sound or fume.
08:35There is nothing.
08:36Yeah.
08:38And that's all there is to it.
08:41For all of us who are used to filling our tank, you usually can smell it and you can
08:47hear it.
08:48You can hear the guzzling sound.
08:49Right.
08:50None of that.
08:51None of that.
08:52So how do I know it's actually working?
08:53It is.
08:54So typically, once you wave the card, it's actually charging.
09:00So that's...
09:01But how would I know that?
09:02Tell me how I would know that.
09:03So typically, excuse me.
09:04Yes.
09:06So typically, you'd go in here and wave this card.
09:09Yeah.
09:10And then what it would do is it would authenticate and then the light turns green.
09:15So you look at the green light.
09:16So you can see how it's charging.
09:17Absolutely.
09:18Has anyone ever told Kamala 90% of the electric grid is fossil fuel based?
09:24Has anyone ever told her that to get the batteries to build an electric car, you've got to pillage
09:30Mother Earth and get the cobalt and the nickel and the manganese and all those other minerals
09:36and that studies have shown that electric cars are heavier and more dangerous to other
09:42drivers?
09:43Americans can't afford four more years of Kamala Harris.
09:46She picked a running mate, meanwhile, who doesn't even understand basic economics 101,
09:51not even on a personal level.
09:53Tim Walz, it turns out, he has no stocks, no bonds, no 401k.
09:58By the way, first thing I say to somebody when I hire them, make sure you invest in
10:01your 401k.
10:03No real estate.
10:04He doesn't have a mortgage.
10:05He doesn't even own a house.
10:07He has never started a business or worked in the private sector.
10:11And Democrats think this guy should be a heartbeat away from the presidency, the second in command
10:16of the country with the largest economy in the world.
10:20But it gets worse on issues from defunding, dismantling the police, no bail laws, open
10:25borders, free health care, universal health care system and free health care for illegal
10:31immigrants, free education, driver's licenses is for illegals.
10:36Walz is as radical as it gets.
10:38Walz is nuts.
10:39As governor, he even let neighborhoods in Minneapolis simply burn to the ground and
10:43do nothing in the summer of 2020, waiting five whole days before sending in the National
10:49Guard.
10:50His family wanted to breathe in the air and the smell of burning rubber.
10:54And according to a Minnesota Senate report, as Minneapolis was burning, well, these were
10:59the questions that Walz staff were posing to the guard before sending them in.
11:05Any diversity and inclusion training, any experience working with diverse communities,
11:10what communities will they be coming from?
11:13Walz was putting DEI ahead of safety and security as the city of Minneapolis is burning and
11:20a police precinct is burned to the ground that a target is ransacked.
11:25Meanwhile, his advocacy for child sex change.
11:28Well, that's pretty creepy and dangerous.
11:30He's also known, well, famously now on X's Tampon Tim.
11:34Why?
11:35Because the all but four schools to put women's menstrual products and boys bathrooms by
11:41removing gendered language from a state mandate.
11:44Yeah, he did it.
11:46But Walz radical track record doesn't end there.
11:49According to a report from the Washington Examiner.
11:52Get this.
11:53Governor Walz repeatedly hosted a radical Muslim cleric who actually celebrated the
11:58October 7 terror attack, pushed bizarre anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and even posted a link
12:05to a pro Hitler film called Adolf Hitler.
12:08The greatest story never told.
12:10So does Walz condone this kind of rhetoric?
12:13Kind of hard to say because like Harris, Walz is not answering questions.
12:18He's not holding press conferences.
12:19He's not doing a gaggle.
12:21You deserve better.
12:24It's that simple, especially after a little switcheroo.
12:28They should be forced to answer questions.
12:31But your corrupt state run media mob is giving them a pass like they did Joe in 2020.
12:37And especially now that Walz is being accused of stolen valor by the very people that served
12:44with him in the National Guard.
12:46It appears that Walz embellished his rank, has repeatedly bragged about a deployment
12:52to a combat zone with a gun.
12:54Never happened.
12:55Walz retired from the Guard just before his platoon was set to deploy to Iraq in 2004.
13:02CBS anchor Dan Rather, remember, he tried to sink George W.
13:06Bush's reelection with a fake story about Bush's service in the Air National Guard.
13:12The media went wild with that story.
13:15Why aren't they going wild here with stolen valor and and literally literally telling
13:21people something about his record that is false in terms of his rank when he retired
13:27that made him look better.
13:29Now, in the Bush case, well, the documents, by the way, turned out to be fake.
13:34Now, during a very real scandal with eyewitness accounts, the media mob.
13:38Well, they're going to let Walz off the hook.
13:40He's a Democrat and he's running against Donald Trump.
13:42It's that simple.
13:43Journalism.
13:44I said it in 07 and 08.
13:46It is dead in this country.
13:48And now it is dangerous.
13:49We have an information crisis.
13:51You deserve to know that the past four years have been a train wreck.
13:55And this is the most radical, extreme, dangerous major party ticket ever to run for the White
14:01House.
14:02And it's just sad and it's pathetic.
14:04You know, when they try to people try to buy a house or, you know, fill up their cars or
14:08look at their credit card statement.
14:10Well, guess what?
14:11You're feeling the impact of their policies that will get much worse with Kamala Harris
14:16and Tim Walz.
14:17All right.
14:18Here with reaction.
14:19Outkick founder Clay Travis.
14:21Fox News contributor Mary Catherine Ham and Trump 2024 national press secretary Caroline
14:26Levitt.
14:27Caroline, start with you.
14:28There's a lot to unpack here.
14:32There is a lot to unpack because there are so many dangerously liberal policies in both
14:37Kamala Harris and Tim Walz's records.
14:40And you just pointed out many of them, Sean.
14:42And I'm perplexed by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz's campaign message.
14:45They continue to say at all of these prescripted rally remarks, we are not going back.
14:51Going back to what?
14:52The days of no inflation, a dollar fifty gasoline piece around this world, a secure border,
14:58record low interest rates, mortgage rates, unemployment rates.
15:01When the American dream was alive and well, because I think a lot of Americans, in fact,
15:06millions of them would like to go back to those days under President Trump.
15:10In fact, CNN today had to admit that President Trump's job approval rating has never been
15:15higher.
15:16So they can continue to push that message and will continue to push ours that the next
15:20four years will be better if we reelect President Trump.
15:23We know that because we had him for four and we had more money in our pockets.
15:27Peace around this world and safety and security here at home.
15:31I know it's a bit of a sugar high in the honeymoon period.
15:34And I got the DNC, Mary Catherine Hamm, coming up.
15:37How does this play out?
15:39Look, she is an unskilled person, but if she remains untested by people asking her
15:45tough questions, the sugar high will last a little while.
15:48Now, luckily, Donald Trump will be on stage with her at some point to do that, because
15:52it will end up being Trump's and the RNC's job to press her on things if the press doesn't
15:57do it.
15:58I appreciate, by the way, the person writing in The New Yorker.
16:00This is a left of center person.
16:01It's not a right of center person writing that piece saying, look, I might have a minority
16:05view, but journalism should be journalism and you should hold her to account because
16:08she hasn't been held to account.
16:10And he's right that it is a minority view, unfortunately, in journalism, as you point
16:14out, Sean.
16:15But that puts the American people in a bad position, because these are people who are
16:19from the California model, who are from the Minneapolis 2020 model.
16:23And they want to export that to the rest of the country.
16:25And they should be asked about what that looks like.
16:28They should be held to account for the failures that they have overseen, both in the administration
16:32with Kamala Harris and in Minnesota under Tim Walz.
16:35They have to be asked these questions.
16:37But I do not count on anyone but the Trump campaign to do it.
16:40How do we get Kamala Harris's record and radical views into the, I guess, into the culture
16:50to kind of pass over where everybody knows before they start voting in 38 days, whatever
16:57it is.
16:58Clay, Travis.
16:59Sean, to me, and I've been saying it on my radio show, this election boils down to three
17:06letters.
17:07E.B.C.
17:08Economy, border, crime.
17:10That's what voters care about, especially in the Big Ten states.
17:14And I think as J.D. Vance and Donald Trump go out, Kamala Harris is wrong on all three
17:21of those issues.
17:22I think you just have to hammer those three over and over and over again.
17:27Sometimes I think Kamala benefits, and this is a little bit crazy.
17:30She's so bad and so awful at so many things that it can be distracting to go kind of focus
17:37on so many different issues.
17:39I think you have to look at where the voters are.
17:42What are they desperately focused on?
17:44The economy.
17:45Things cost too much.
17:46Mortgage rates are too high.
17:48You can't go.
17:49I say this all the time.
17:50I take my kids to Chick-fil-A. It's 50 bucks to take my three boys.
17:54Now, they're growing.
17:55My wife and my kids, 50 bucks to go to Chick-fil-A?
17:57It's crazy.
17:58People feel it.
17:59The border.
18:00She's the czar.
18:01She's allowed over 10 million, 20 million.
18:04We don't even know what the actual number is with Biden in charge.
18:07And then crime.
18:08She's in charge to defund the police.
18:10She went and grabbed this knucklehead walls and actually doubled down on bailing people
18:16out and on actually allowing crime to flourish.
18:21EBC is the answer.
18:23Hammer it.
18:24Focus on it.
18:25Those are the three issues.
18:26If Trump and Vance do that, Trump and Vance are going to win.
18:30The Big Ten's not going for Kamala.
18:33The only slight disagreement I have is I have five issues.
18:36And that would be economy, inflation.
18:38That would be the border, illegal immigration, all the crimes that have been committed,
18:43law and order, safety, security, small towns, big cities.
18:46As I said, the economy is a big issue.
18:50Energy is a big issue.
18:52And then America's place in the world.
18:53So I'd add two more.
18:54But great analysis.
18:56Appreciate it, Clay.
18:57Mary Catherine Hamm, thank you.
18:59Caroline Levitt, thank you as well.
19:00When we come back, Kamala Harris has failed in her role as border czar.
19:04And her running mate has even more radical stances on illegal immigration.
19:09We'll check in with Judge Jeanine Pirro.
19:11She will join us as we continue.
19:18All right, Kamala Harris has failed tenure as border czar.
19:21And Tim Wall's radical stances on illegal immigration are back in the spotlight.
19:25Look at this new report.
19:27A member of the Lake and Ryland murder suspects family has now been linked to a violent Venezuelan prison gang wreaking havoc all across the U.S.
19:37And despite being appointed as the administration's border czar, which they now deny, which is a lie.
19:43Well, retired border police chief Rodney Scott confirmed that Kamala never once spoke with him about the border crisis.
19:50Not one time.
19:51Now, sadly, Tim Wall's record just as bad as governor of Minnesota.
19:56He signed laws giving illegal immigrants taxpayer funded health care, tuition, college tuition, driver's licenses and even came out on tape supporting sanctuary cities and states.
20:08Take a look.
20:09Should Minnesota be a sanctuary state?
20:12If the definition of that is that the federal government enforces immigration law and local law enforcement enforces local law, then yes.
20:20Should cities be allowed to be sanctuary cities?
20:22Yes. Local control.
20:25All right. Here with reaction co-host of the hit show, The Five, our friend, Judge Jeanine Pirro.
20:30Don't forget, her book is ripped from today's headlines.
20:33You can get it on Amazon dot com, Hannity dot com, bookstores around the country.
20:37Judge, great to have you.
20:38You know, thank you.
20:39I say this all the time.
20:40I often end with this, but I want to start with this and that it's simple.
20:44They have blood on their hands.
20:45It's that simple.
20:47Lincoln Riley would be alive.
20:49Rachel Moran would be alive.
20:51Jocelyn Nungary would be alive.
20:53And I scroll the names all the time of all these people killed and then other victims of violent crimes by Harris and Biden.
21:01And frankly, people like Walls, you know, obsession with allowing people into this country illegally.
21:07They have their blood on their hands.
21:09They never get called out on it.
21:10Why?
21:11Well, because, you know, Sean, that there is a compliant press.
21:15Listen, the fact is that Lincoln Riley was killed by a member of a prison game, a gang trend, a ragwa.
21:23We find out that both of his brothers are members of that prison gang.
21:28All three brothers are in the United States.
21:31So that when Donald Trump.
21:36Talks about them emptying their prisons.
21:39He is factually correct.
21:41Trend a ragwa is even more violent.
21:44This Venezuelan gang, then the MS-13 gang.
21:48And these people come into this country.
21:50Nobody can.
21:51Nobody vets them.
21:52Nobody cares.
21:53They lie to us.
21:54They gaslight us.
21:55And they say, yeah, you know, we vet them.
21:57No, we don't.
21:58We don't call Venezuela and say, do you have a rap sheet on this guy with six tattoos saying they're trend a ragwa?
22:05The bottom line is that these people are being allowed into this country by a by people like Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, who don't care about whether or not they are a danger to Americans.
22:17They don't care that they are costing us billions of dollars.
22:21And no one ever talks about this.
22:23We're giving them free health care, free education.
22:26We're making sure that they have driver's licenses.
22:29And Tim Walz is making sure that there are sanctuary cities, sanctuary states.
22:33What does that mean?
22:34That means that if they commit crimes, they know what states to go to, where not only will they not be deported, they're not even going to be arrested.
22:42This is the takedown of the United States by these leftist progressives.
22:47Sean, it's an outrage.
22:49I've talked to members of the Lake and Riley family.
22:52I have interviewed Jocelyn Nungeri's mother and grandfather.
22:58And it is it. I mean, you have Kamala Harris and and Walz.
23:03You've got political soulmates here.
23:05Mr. Stolen Valor or his ex has been calling him tampon Tim.
23:10I mean, the most radical positions ever.
23:14I scrolled those things every night.
23:16And honestly, I really do believe in my heart.
23:19If America really understands who they are, they don't have a shot in hell of ever winning this election.
23:25Well, that's why they're not saying anything, Sean.
23:28They are smiling, laughing.
23:31And Americans are thinking, oh, they look like a great couple.
23:35Oh, Kamala Harris.
23:36They've forgotten for three years.
23:37She was nothing but a word salad and an afterthought.
23:41Three and a half years.
23:43She's been in a speech.
23:45Yeah. Yeah.
23:46Everyone at every one of her rallies.
23:48But you know what?
23:49When she was the borders are she can deny it all she wants.
23:52We all know what she was.
23:54There were no interviews.
23:55There were no policy discussions with anyone from the Border Patrol.
23:59No one from Border Patrol was allowed to talk to the press.
24:02Whereas when Donald Trump was there, they were allowed to do that.
24:05There was constant communication.
24:07She doesn't care who comes in.
24:09She doesn't care who's vetted.
24:10And by the way, we've got four times, five times, six times, seven times the number who have come in under the Biden administration.
24:19They are coming in and they are literally taking from the social service network in this country.
24:24They are lining up to vote right now, given driver's license, which is a point of identification where you can register to vote.
24:32And there are jurisdictions that actually want them to vote.
24:35So let's not kid each other what this is about.
24:38But if America understands what is right and what they can afford and what we can afford to have in this country,
24:44they've got to support the man who understands that we cannot be sitting ducks for people about whom we know nothing.
24:51These people are coming in from Pakistan and Jordan and all these countries, Saudi Arabia and India and China.
24:58We don't know where they are.
24:59There is no vetting.
25:00It's a game to them.
25:02And it's about time the Americans understood that this is not what we need.
25:06Tim Walz is a phony.
25:08He's a phony when it comes to his claim that he carried weapons of war in war.
25:12He was never in war and that he has a camouflage hat copying the red MAGA hat.
25:17How can a guy who's against guns wear a camouflage hat?
25:21Give me a break.
25:22Everything is phony about these people.
25:25Crimes against America.
25:27It's ripped right from the headlines.
25:29Yeah, I like I like when you go off and you just, you know, uninterrupted.
25:33Jeanine Pirro, it's between you and Mark Levin.
25:36It's kind of like a dynamic duo tag team.
25:39I'd love to be on with Mark.
25:41We can we can fight over each other for the time.
25:44Good luck.
25:45Either one of you getting a word in.
25:46I will give you that.
25:48Crimes against America.
25:49Amazon.com Hannity dot com.
25:51Bookstores around the country.
25:52Judge, great having you as always.
25:53We appreciate it when we come back.
25:55The Biden Harris administration failing to stop Iran, their proxies as they continue to threaten your country.
26:02Aaron Cohen, John Solomon.
26:03Join us next as we continue.
26:12Eighty eight days until Election Day.
26:14Thirty nine days until early voting.
26:16Iran now is trying to attack the U.S. on multiple fronts.
26:19And the Biden Harris administration has done nothing to stop them.
26:22Imagine how bad things are going to get if Kamala Harris is elected your president for four years and Tim Walzer, your vice president.
26:30Biden and Harris are calling for a de-escalation in the Middle East.
26:34Iran is threatening to wipe out military bases across the region, including, according to the supreme leader, the IDF headquarters.
26:42Now, meanwhile, the House Judiciary Committee, they are now launching a probe into the Department of Homeland Security over the entry of a suspect with ties to Iran.
26:52Arrested in a plot to assassinate former President Donald Trump.
26:56And Microsoft is now saying that Iran aligned hackers targeted a, quote, high ranking official in the U.S. presidential campaign.
27:04Now, under the Biden Harris administration, Iran is threatening our military bases.
27:09They're trying to hack our systems.
27:11They're sending assassins to kill former presidents.
27:13This didn't happen under President Trump and his strong peace through strength leadership.
27:18And trust me, Iran does not want him back in office.
27:21Here with reaction is really special ops veteran Aaron Cohn and the editor in chief, founder, investigative reporter, just the news dot com.
27:30John Solomon, John, we'll start with you in the news.
27:33Now, they knew about before the assassination attempt.
27:36They knew about a plot by Iran to try to assassinate Donald Trump.
27:40Now we have this case.
27:42And then you can add to that what the House Judiciary Committee told us, what, about ninety nine people with terror ties that in fact they were allowed into the country.
27:52In this one particular case, you have this one guy they knew just visited Iran.
27:57That might be a red flag and not a special designation that they gave this guy.
28:04Yeah, listen, they gave him what is known as a significant public benefit parole.
28:09I haven't found anyone in government today who could tell me what benefit I'll see if a merchant brought when he came across the border.
28:16He was already on the terror watch list.
28:18He admitted that he had just traveled to Iran and the Customs and Border Patrol like they'd always do.
28:24They stopped him. They called the Joint Terrorism Task Force of the FBI.
28:27The FBI interviewed him, found him cooperative and polite, and they sent him on his way, giving him special permission to enter the country.
28:33And over the next three months, he worked to try to line up assassins to kill former President Donald Trump and other officials.
28:40It looks like the FBI learned about this guy's intentions when a cooperating witness came to him and said, hey, he's lining up to kill people.
28:48And they roll him up one day before he's about to leave the country.
28:51That's very significant because in the court documents, it said his trigger for these assassinations to occur were his leaving the country.
28:58He was going to leave the country just before the assassinations occur.
29:01So they roll him up as he's going there.
29:03I can't find anyone in Congress, in the government that thinks this is a good idea to release him into the country with the red flags that they knew about him when they encountered him in April.
29:12Yeah, unbelievable.
29:14You know, I know the world has been on pins and needles and remains on pins and needles, Aaron.
29:18My fear is it's not actually a fear because I really have faith in Israel.
29:23Their military capability, even though Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have surrendered in the war against radical Islamic terrorism and she doesn't even want to use the words again.
29:33But after when Israel had to retaliate after Iran fired directly into Israel, Joe and Kamala abandoned Israel.
29:43That to me is unforgivable.
29:45But what really impressed me is how deep into Iranian territory Israel was able, what they were able to achieve.
29:55In other words, I didn't think they would get that close to a nuclear reactor that they're building out, nuclear facility.
30:02It tells me that if Iran, if Iran messes with Israel, they're going to get hit so hard they may not have refineries, nuclear facilities.
30:13I think it's all all in play at that point.
30:15Your thoughts?
30:17Sean, I agree with you.
30:19Israel has a tremendous special operations capability.
30:22They lead the world.
30:24And the reason why Israel is so good, Sean, is because they have to be.
30:28We don't have a choice.
30:30You know, five enemies surrounding us systematically trying to push us into the ocean since 48.
30:36You know, but we have an expression in Hebrew, Sean.
30:40She says, wherever you're not looking, we're standing.
30:43And our actionable intelligence, our Mossad, which is a master in psychology.
30:48Every one of those Mossad agents are PhD levels in targeting potential agents to flip and work for us.
30:56We penetrated not only Mossad Hassan Yusuf, who's been making the rounds and is a son of Israel now and was very difficult to crack.
31:04But we managed to crack all the way into the top levels of the security apparatus of the IRGC
31:09and put a little something under Ismail Khania's bed where he thought he was sleeping quietly.
31:14My problem here is that the Kamala Biden White House doesn't understand that Iran's operational goal on the macro level
31:23is to incite such a level of terror across the West.
31:27Again, Israel just being that initial punching bag.
31:30The fact is, is that have a look at what's going on in the UK right now.
31:33Have a look at what's going on with that concert, the Swifty concert that was just shut down by two radicals.
31:39If the United States, if the White House doesn't start getting on board with what this is, which is radical Islamic terror,
31:46Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, 100,000 deep Hezbollah, another 100,000, 150,000 deep.
31:52We are going to see Iran move as close as they can to trying to procure a nuclear weapon.
31:57Let me tell you something.
31:58Israel will have to strike that nuclear facility.
32:00They won't wait.
32:02Let me. Well, I've known Bibi for 30 years.
32:05There's no way Bibi is going to allow under his watch that for his country to be destroyed.
32:11It's not going to happen.
32:13You know, what do you make of the reports of the Iranian president apparently appealing to the, quote, Supreme Leader not to attack Israel?
32:22Is it that he recognizes the military superiority of Israel?
32:27Or is that propaganda?
32:29Or will they just use their proxies, Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north and and the Houthi rebels?
32:37But clearly a major attack is being planned.
32:41What are your thoughts?
32:42I believe that there is a major attack being planned.
32:45But instead of reacting immediate like they did, you know, firing those hundreds of missiles at Israel, I think they're going to wait it out.
32:53But I'll tell you what the big piece is for me.
32:55I believe Iran is scared, Sean.
32:57When you put a very high level of explosive charge underneath the leader of Hamas's bed, it sends a very powerful psychological message.
33:07And I think the Iranians are scared.
33:09I believe that with the White House and all the warnings that they're giving to Iran is great, but it's totally useless.
33:15Bibi, like you said, he's one of our counterterrorism sons, comes from Sayyidat Matkal, our general staff reconnaissance unit.
33:22Bibi's sitting down with some of the finest minds right now, and they're actually conducting operations quietly as we speak.
33:28And the moment that intel comes up, Israel's not going to wait.
33:31We don't have the luxury.
33:33But I believe the U.S. needs to get on board.
33:35I think Iran is the largest threat since the Nazis.
33:37It won't happen with them.
33:39I agree.
33:40It will not happen.
33:41I agree.
33:42It will not happen with Tim Walz.
33:43It will not happen with Joe Biden.
33:45It will not happen with Kamala Harris.
33:47They have surrendered in the war on terror.
33:49That is, by the way, to not have the moral clarity and to give in to the Hamas wing and the Democratic Party
33:55and to even consider an arms embargo or talking to a group that wants that is madness.
34:01John, we'll give you the last word.
34:02Listen, Sean, give it some time.
34:03Give it some time, Sean.
34:04As things get worse here, you'll see it start to change.
34:07Oh, listen, I think all bets are off.
34:09$70 billion this administration let.
34:11Sorry, John.
34:12$70 billion this administration gave to Iran.
34:15That's why they're emboldened and have the cash to do the things they're doing right now.
34:18That's a great point.
34:20They made them rich again because the sanctions, they just turned a blind eye and then wanted to pay ransom,
34:26gave a sanctions waiver for Iraq to give them $10 billion.
34:30This is madness.
34:32And it's a clear and present danger to the world.
34:35Death to Israel, death to America.
34:37That's their belief system.
34:39Convert or die.
34:40That, too, is their belief system.
34:42All right.
34:43Thank you both.
34:44Tough times.
34:45All right.
34:46Let's take a look at this.
34:47Here's a look at this.
34:48Here's a look at this.
34:49Here's a look at this.
34:50Here's a look at this.
34:51Here's a look at this.
34:52Here's a look at this.
34:53Here's a look at this.
34:54Here's a look at this.
34:55Here's a look at this.
34:56Here's a look at this.
34:57Here's a look at this.
34:58Here's a look at this.
34:59Here's a look at this.
35:00Here's a look at this.
35:01Here's a look at this.
35:02Here's a look at this.
35:03Here's a look at this.
35:04Here's a look at this.
35:05Here's a look at this.
35:06Here's a look at this.
35:07Here's a look at this.
35:08Here's a look at this.
35:09Here's a look at this.
35:11Well, you can expect the same disastrous policies that, frankly, ruin the great state of California.
35:17With the most radical ticket in history on the ballot, you can't let California's rampant
35:22shoplifting, sanctuary state and city policies, woke ideology become a model of the rest of
35:28the country.
35:29And let's not forget the state's homelessness crisis, which Governor Gavin Newsom is now
35:33suddenly acting on three months away from the election.
35:37Well, here he is attempting to clean up a Los Angeles encampment.
35:40You know what?
35:41Good for Gavin.
35:42I hope he cleans them all up.
35:44And, by the way, after issuing an executive order to tear him down, good luck with this.
35:49Anyway, here with Reaction, outnumbered co-host Emily Campagno, Fox News contributor Jason
35:54Chaffetz.
35:55Emily, you know, I'm fine with Gavin doing it.
35:58A little too little too late, in my view, but I'm glad to see him out there doing, you
36:02know, good old hard work.
36:04Never hurt anybody.
36:05But the reality is it's the other policies.
36:07It's the tax policies.
36:09It's the regulation in California.
36:12It's it's the woke ideology about parents and gender affirming care, etc.
36:19You know, those are the things that I think impact people way more than these homeless
36:23encampments that they let grow and grow and grow.
36:27But the optics, Sean, to me are so patently offensive, in addition to, as you're saying,
36:32the things that affect us at home.
36:34You know, as a Californian, I was subjected to him as mayor of San Francisco.
36:38I had to live in that city under his reign.
36:40And now he's just made the state worse and worse because it's all about the photo op.
36:46And what I mean by that is this person is responsible for a third of the homelessness
36:51population in the entire United States.
36:53And we're supposed to trust him as a commander in chief.
36:56We're supposed to think these photo ops actually mean he's dedicated to solutions.
37:00Not at all.
37:01To your point about the taxes and regulations, that's exactly right.
37:03That's why may a family's business in part had to shutter and pivot.
37:07It's because nothing is able to thrive there in that state, but especially under his watch.
37:12Because for him, it is all about those optics and the pretty boy smile that he thinks will
37:17get him to the White House.
37:18But we know better and it won't.
37:21I'm not sure what his ambitions are.
37:23You know, I did play when I interviewed him a while back.
37:27Jason, I played him in 2015, laying out his plan to stop homelessness.
37:32When I was in California in the 80s, I know it's hard to believe I was even alive then.
37:37But when I lived there, I was like the poorest person in Santa Barbara, California.
37:42No joke.
37:43And barely could pay my rent.
37:45But when I lived there, they had a huge homeless problem then.
37:49They had a massive fig tree where the homeless congregated and down by the beach where they congregated.
37:55And when I'd ride my bicycle down there, I'd hang out and talk to them.
37:59A lot of them homeless vets and you'd hear their stories.
38:02And a lot of it was sad and tragic.
38:04And I hated the fact that they were down on their luck in many cases.
38:09A lot of addiction, a lot of alcoholism.
38:11You see it all.
38:14Yeah.
38:15Unfortunately, some people go through some tough times.
38:18But these democratic policies that were instituted by Kamala Harris when she was the attorney
38:22general, by Gavin Newsom.
38:24By the way, Gavin Newsom is 20 years into his 10-year plan to clean up homelessness.
38:29He spent billions of dollars.
38:31The situation's worse, not better.
38:33The only time the streets really got cleaned up is where Xi Jinping came to town.
38:38And guess what?
38:39Everything got cleaned up right then.
38:41But they have not instituted good conservative principles and plans.
38:47And it makes it so it's not safe.
38:50And they haven't prioritized Americans.
38:52And they haven't prioritized veterans.
38:54Veterans come back from serving this country.
38:56They have PTSD, some of them.
38:58And they go through some really tough times.
39:00Do you think they've ever prioritized them?
39:02No.
39:03They prioritize people that are here illegally.
39:05And it's very dangerous.
39:08You implement those other policies.
39:10And that's why Emily and I, who are both from California, originally born in California,
39:14we learned to read and write and we left the state.
39:18Well, you know, you're not that far away in Utah.
39:22They have In-N-Out Burger.
39:24Well, I think you do, too.
39:25But they don't have Crown Burger, which are two of my favorite burger places of all time.
39:30You know, the bottom line is, you know, I understand maybe his level of frustration.
39:36But letting it get to this point, that's on him.
39:39And maybe, maybe at some point do these liberal politicians, Emily,
39:46do they wake up from their woke ideology and realize this is just not working?
39:53Unfortunately, I think in the case of Gavin Newsom, he won't have that epiphany
39:57because it has been only fostered by the bubble that he exists in.
40:02You know, remember, he made his fortune creating the Plump Jack Winery Group with a Getty heir.
40:07He has benefited from the same seven rich California families that Kamala Harris has.
40:12They sort of handpicked and shaped them.
40:14They wanted them to be the future of the Democrat Party.
40:17So the end of the day, he enjoys, as we saw, he eats at Chez Panisse.
40:21He eats at Napa restaurants.
40:22He eats at Michelin-starred places while the rest of us go to work and suffer under his regulations.
40:28And he works and operates with impunity because he's never had to suffer for it.
40:32He's never been elected out of office.
40:34There's never been someone telling him, look, this isn't acceptable.
40:37So unfortunately, until a referendum works, he will continue to operate in that bubble that Democrats create.
40:43If this campaign comes down to illegal immigration, Kamala and Tim Wall's policies,
40:50if it comes down to law and order and their defund, dismantle, no bail laws,
40:55if it comes down to their no fracking, no drilling policies,
40:58if it comes down to their inflation, their economic policies,
41:02their $93 trillion Green New Deal insanity,
41:06if it comes down to their foreign policy, Jason, I don't see how they win.
41:11That's why they don't want to talk about it.
41:14That's why they don't want to take any questions, because they are on the wrong side of that issue.
41:18They've got what they want.
41:19If you want different results, you're going to have to elect different people, America.
41:22That's the bottom line.
41:24You've got to go back to what Trump and conservatives believe in.
41:27Go back to those Ronald Reagan days, those Trump days, and life will be better.
41:31Were you better off under Trump?
41:33Were you better off than you were four years ago?
41:36The answer is pretty clear on all of those issues.
41:38All right, guys, good to see you both.
41:40Jason, thank you.
41:41Emily, thank you.
41:42All right, we'll continue.
41:43More of our special edition of Hannity straight ahead.
