If you've never cried for a dog you didn't even know, let this video change that for you.

In this soul-stirring footage, Sally reads an emotional letter to her daughters that expresses everything their late dog would have wanted to say before he passed away.

"We recently lost our 10-year-old Golden Retriever to prostate cancer," the filmer shared with WooGlobe. "Charlie was the heart and soul of our family—the glue that held us all together. So, leaving five broken hearts behind, I decided to help heal us with Charlie's letter."

After Sally finishes reading the touching letter, she introduces her daughters to their adorable new puppy, Walter.

While no one can ever replace Charlie, Walter’s presence will undoubtedly bring laughter and lasting memories to Sally’s home.
